Great experience. We had a dead circuit but no obvious cause. Called Simple Electric based on great Yelp and Google reviews and had the same excellent service. Electrician was on time and quickly diagnosed and repaired a bad outlet that had caused the trouble. He explained all charges ahead of doing the work and the price was very fair. Would highly recommend.

It actually started in Fall 2020 with my Garage losing power. I bid out the work and hired Phoenix Contracting Services. The following Monday, Jeff and his crew (Mike and Gabriel) came out and finally resolved the issue, loose wiring from another outlet. I was impressed by the workmanship, politeness, and being On Time. My wife and I were actually in the market for a new service panel, that I ended awarding Jeff that work. Didn't need to look elsewhere. At the mercy of SRP, a date opened up in February 2021. So, we jumped on it. Jeff had setup everything, Blue Stake, and SRP. I as Home Owner didn't have to do anything. Service panel went Ok, and Jeff starting looking at other items in the yard, and mentioned that needed to be up to code. So, that was done too. On the surface, Matt is friendly and prompt with his response and quote. The price was good and the work on the panel was approved by the city. The following is a list of where Apollo falls short; first appointment cancelled due to worker illness, ceiling drywall damaged when running accessory building line to rear of house (was fixed, however), line to rear of house was misplaced (went to middle of house instead of rear as shown on the architect drawings), started to make it my problem then became clearly irritated when I pressed for correction, since the worker that ran the line to rear was on the heavier side, even the owner himself mentioned concern with him crawling up in the ceiling to bring the line to the proper place. When I asked the owner to do it himself to avoid more mishap...he declined and sent out the same worker. Owner did not call or show up for the repair on the day he said he would, when they did make the switch/correction they left a hole in my house for a few days until we had to followed up. It was clear the owner wasn't interested in speaking with me, so we had to message the employee directly. The hole was repaired but not properly sealed, also the worker stood on the supplied paint bucket (instead of a ladder) and broke bucket and paint spilled for us to clean up. Matt, the owner, failed to follow up with me on my request for more work on detached backyard accessory building as mentioned from the beginning with supplied architect plans. It was clear Matt was irritated with me (the customer) when I was the one dealing with all of the misfortunes. Things happen, but the poor attitude and lack of communication were disappointing. I spent over $4,500 with Apollo and would have spent at least that much for the next project, but apparently they lost interest in our business. Now I need to find another electrician to complete our needs. Had I known this was the method for handling issues and outcome, I would not have used this company.

They replaced my panel at my house for a great price and Jason did a great job.

I have worked with Allied Electric Technology for a few years now and I cannot say enough good things about Stacy and his team. All of the technicians are knowledgeable and professional, which is extremely important as a Property Manager. I know I can call Stacy and not worry about the job or when it will be completed. They are fair, honest, and work hard on each project. I highly recommend this company!

Danny came out and installed a mitigation fan on the roof. He had to get in the attic crawl space to do this, and did it without a complaint. He also put in a box with a switch for the fan and an outlet in our laundry room. He did a super job and everything looked great afterwards- no mess! All the work was done well, works great and the price was right, too! Will definitely use Cowboy Electric in the future!

We found a small water spot around 9am and gave them a call. They put us on stand by but made it too us same day. Gennaro was super friendly. He made sure to show us everything that he found and discussed everything before doing anything. It’s our first time owning a home and having an issue. They seriously made the process so much easier. He also discussed the option for monthly servicing to check water heater and whatnot which we plan on doing! Thank you guys so much.

Daniel responded immediately to my first call, came over, and developed a plan as my project evolved over several weeks. He showed up as scheduled and performed neat, precise work in exterior areas exposed to view. He had all the tools and materials required. His rate was very reasonable and his approach very professional. Highly recommended, and he's just a few miles down the road!

I had the wrong number. There was a live power line that broke and was laying in my driveway. The guy who answered the phone directed me as to who I needed to call. He was very helpful, patient and courteous.
