Dave came out to our house a couple of days ago to install a fan (new wiring) and replace two other lights. He arrived on time, was extremely professional, very personable, cleaned up after he was done, and finished 30 minutes prior to his estimated completion time. Had a major drain blockage at 5pm on a Sunday, water pouring out of everywhere!! Called Penguin, scheduler answered on the first ring, took my info and assured me they’d have someone out ASAP. Within 15 minutes I had a text and email with name, contact info, and a picture of the technician who would be at my door within 30 minutes. The technician, Landon, called minutes later with his ETA and he was right on time, looked just like his photo (seriously, if I were at home alone this would be a major big deal since we get nervous letting people in our homes!). He cleared the drains, did a thorough check, and wasn’t 100% sure it was fixed after hearing a slight gurgle in the bath tub. He went back and did it all again, repeat testing thoroughly, and was confident the second time was the charm - and it was. Not one issue since and that was two weeks ago.Landon was extremely friendly and professional and was genuinely happy to help despite us taking him away from whatever he was doing on a Sunday night. Most impressive, he stayed until he felt confident the job was done - instead of running out as soon as he could and letting someone else dealwith it later. The customer service was amazing: From answering the phone on the first ring, to sending a knowledgeable and friendly technician, then charging the same fee as a regular work day... I have never experienced anything like it. I will 100% call Penguin Air again any time I have a household emergency!!!!
