Best Have Plumbing in Phoenix AZ

Wish there was an option for 0 stars. Horrible customer service. We had our air ducts cleaned and they made a disaster out of our house. There was debris everywhere, I mean everywhere. I've called three days in a row to speak with a manager and no one has returned my call. Don't ever use this company unless you want a mess and the worst customer service I have every experienced.UPDATE: Spoke to manager, Tonya, on Friday. She said someone would call me on Tuesday to schedule a reservice. Tuesday came and went with no phone call. Today, I called and left a message for Tonya with no call back. At this point I just want my money back and will use a company that upholds their values to quality customer service because this company DOES NOT.

We were able to schedule an appointment quickly and Mr. Knutson was timely. I was impressed with Mr. Knutson’s knowledge, honesty in what it would take to correctly fix our bathroom shower and his craftsmanship.

Quickly inspected and communicated what needed to be done, outstanding job on main valves, shut off valves, leaks, vaccum blaster, handles, cartridge, hose bibs and more also a great deal in the rate from Scott, very happy with service recommend to family , friends and everyone, Great Job!
