Wanted to update a shower..and had no friends’ recommendations....found Ross Brower’s website and “took the leap” based on his work description/vision advertised there...my husband and I were super super pleased with not only the final outcome, but the whole experience! He was ALWAyS on time, attentive to our questions, and did perfect work. He made us feel like a valued customer right from the start... quite refreshing in this day and age.

We could not be more satisfied with our recent bathroom remodels that Planet Remodel preformed for us. The master bathroom was completely gutted and the layout was drastically changed. We had no vision for the space but we knew what we didn't want and communicated with the designer the best we could. She did an incredible job with putting together a layout that fit our needs and our budget! My husband and I were glad the installers that came to our house were with the company for so many years and did such a professional job! They were clean, friendly and punctual. These guys did a phenomenal job with the work they provided! From the drywall repair to the smart lighting controls and the interior painting, they did great work and came to me highly recommended.

Really, this should be 4.5 rating. ABA did replacement master shower on one of our rental homes. They did excellent job from what tenant has reported to us. Personally I have not yet inspected, but trust my tenants totally. Only two issues, they were not consistent on start date, byt they accomodated tenants schedule every way they could, and got to the job as high priority, even though not requested.

Kept both myself and tenants up to speed on every step of the process, start to finish. They were NOT exactly on same page with their installers, schedulers etc... on the impact building materials would make to the inhabitants of the structure (ex: birds, dragons, snakes, people & others)

Overall the new shower install looks fabulous, they worked in extremely timely matter & if we need this type of service WE WILL DEFINATELY CONSIDER THEM. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

This is the second time I've used Handyman Connection for a major renovation project, plus we've had them do a few odd jobs over the years. All of our experiences with them have been great. This time we had tile laid in two bathrooms, an old shower pulled out and a new one built in it's place, plus some toilets replaced. The handyman, Todd, was very friendly and professional, and he did a great job. Allen kept in touch every step of the way and made sure things got done right. There were a couple of hiccups along the way, as is expected whenever you do a major renovation, but Todd made the right suggestions and everything got sorted out quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommended Handyman Connection. In fact, they're in the process of doing some more work for us right now.

Their helpfulness was complemented by a full array of options and quality products for our needs. I will suggest them to my friends and family.
