I was having an intermittent issue with a ground fault circuit. Mark B. did an exceptional job explaining the issue and providing a couple of options. How refreshing a company of this size genuinely trying to help versus just trying sell you something. I've got Mark's card handy the next time I have an electrical issue.

Just wanted to comment on the excellent service from Penguin Air and Plumbing. Penguin installed and still maintains our A/C units. A few days ago, during an in-progress shower remodel there was a plumbing issue and we were left with a water leak the shower plumbers couldn't resolve...and, NO water. Oh, did I mention it's now well past business hours? We knew it was time to call the pros! This was our second emergency experience with Penguin and once again they responded quickly. Larry and Seth were here until nearly 1 a.m., but didn't leave until repairs were complete and water restored.Seth returned a day later to install a new water conditioner and replace some valves. He's reliable professional, and gets the job done right!The down side of course is that Penguin is PRICEY. Waddle's crew doesn't come cheap!! We have opted out of routine plumbing work with them due to cost and over-aggressive salesmen! If money is no issue, or you don't mind paying for quality, reliable customer service, you won't be disappointed.

They made upgrades to my water heater that will help extend the life of it. They also installed a water softener system the same day as I accepted the estimate. They are very professional, and I have confidence in their work. I was especially impressed with Stein Andersen, who explained the water softener system to me thoroughly, and Adam Rohn, who installed the system and answered all my questions. Both of these employees were very courteous.

Excellent communication and work; we have used them to update our electrical system (including installing a new subpanel), replace a worn out A/C unit with an efficient, very quiet mini-split system, install a garbage disposal, and install an outdoor ceiling fan. Very efficient work is performed and all is running smoothly. They are starting on remodeling our bathroom. We highly recommend the company.

Didn’t use them as a service but their truck on the road driving frantically cutting people off not a great look ! I’ll never use them
