We had our sink faucet not doing cold water just hot. So we called Tucker Hill to help us fix it. Daniel Medina came on time when he said he would get there. Only to find out we had the wrong part on our faucet. So he gave us the price right away, and got the part in about 30 minutes and fixed it right up. It was a fast job, and he was very polite. He made conversation as well as answered every question we had. Overall just an amazing experience working with them and will do it again if needed in the future. Daniel Medina and Tucker Hill is the way to go! Remarkable company.

Our technician, Mark, was the best. He was professional, courteous, timely, and knowledgeable. He was at our house for about an hour and had the job done. Although it wasn’t the easiest job, I felt the price, which is not set by him, was a bit high. I agreed to it but felt it was high I would recommend this company

Miranda came out with his prenant girlfriend to fix a leaking toilet. I told him that I thought the leak came from where the bolts connected the tank to the bowl. Miranda worked on that area for quit a while and said that he had fixed the problem. I paid him. He left. After a few hours it was leaking again. I called him and he came back late the next day. He said that it wan't the bolt but a different problem and that he fixed it. He wanted to bill me again because he said that this wasn't warranty because the first time he had fixed what I believed to be the problem and not the actual problem. I told him that I wasn't the plumber and that he spent time fixing a problem that didn't exist. He should have found the problem no matter what I thought it was. He got angry and left. The end result..IT STILL LEAKS..HE NEVER GOT IT RIGHT AFTER 2+ HOURS. NOT A VERY GOOD PLUMBER.

Thanks Scott for the quick response and saving the day!! AC going out in Phoenix in the middle of summer is not FUN!!! Worried about the cost of replacing our AC, Scott was able to quickly repair our unit and we did not need to replace it!! He'll be on speed dial now!

I just wish Phoenix wasn't gross and that the weather wasn't like a preview of hell fire.
