Chuck has been our bug exterminator for the past seven years. He comes every other month on a set schedule and he’s very easy to work with. He is efficient and thorough. We trust him and have no issues allowing him access to the inside of the house if we can’t be home during the service. Payment is easy with a credit card on file. A receipt is emailed to me for my records. This is a service that I never have to worry about. Highly recommend both the company and, specifically, Chuck.

Centipede and scorpion

Made an appointment last week for today. Called today to see when they would be here and they have no record of the appointment! Told them I spoke to Sam but was informed he is in the Tucson office and the appointment info did not make it to Scottsdale! Now the appointment we have is over 3 weeks away! UPDATE: THEY CALLED MIDDAY AND SAID THEY WERE ON THEIR WAY. NEW COMPUTER SYSTEM SHOWS APPOINTMENTS ON INSPECTORS TABLETS BUT NOT ON OFFICE COMPUTER SO THEY NEED SOME WORK ON THAT.

Arizona's Exterminator Company (AEC) knows the trade of pest control. After they fumigated our house of 3000 sqft we have not seen any bugs. We had scorpions and crickets before and now we trust that we will live free of bugs inside of our house. They also sealed the whole house outside and inside just to make sure we do not have any invaders. Last time, Aldo, its representative, was performing the bi-monthly pest control in our house, he noticed there was a crack on the poly tube from the automatic irrigation system and it was leaking. He fixed that for us. He did not have to do it but he gives that extra 5 miles on his job. It is hard to find that positive attitude lately. I recommend AEC 100%. Justin came by our house today to do their monthly spraying. Arizona Pest Prevention really knows how customer service is supposed to be. Everyone I have met at this company is very friendly and are passionate about what they do. No longer do I have to worry about what is living underneath my grill as I turn on the propane tank.
