The teams of technicians were courteous and informative when they arrived. It took 4 days, start to city inspection and sign off. We are relieved to have our electrical supply system fully functional and up to code. Thank you. Great job.

These guys deserve your business. I had a short in my underground wiring for my pool and they got it fixed. They were prompt in returning phone calls, showed up exactly when they said they would be here and did a great job. They were courteous and left the job site just as it was when they arrived. Prices were also right on track. I will call them again for any other electrical needs.

Dennis from Phoenix Electricians Today showed up on time (on a Saturday even!) and promptly diagnosed our electrical problem, which he then resolved quickly. He was friendly and professional and explained everything that caused the problem and what he was doing to repair it, which I really appreciated. Affordable and high quality! I was very pleased when the technician arrived early, and was neat, friendly and proved efficient.I had two fixes: a toilet that needed a wax ring replaced; a leaky bathroom sink faucet that needed the internal valve and seal replaced.After inspecting, he configured a quote for the work to be done. He estimated the work at just over $600.00, which struck me as excessive.I asked what their hourly rate was, and he said $499.00 per hour!Having dealt with these leaks for a few days due to this occurring over the Christmas holidays, I just wanted them fixed, so I had him proceed.He did a good job and completed the jobs in less than an hour.I realize I could have rejected their quote and sought other plumbers for these jobs. I am not seeking a refund, I am just advising that others could benefit by knowing that the hourly rate they charge is wildly excessive and actually the highest hourly rate I’ve ever heard of for plumbers.Proceed with caution!

I am a new Efficient customer, but a happy one all the same. I had some wiring issues with an addition. (Kept blowing the breaker.) . The tech was able to come out, diagnose my issues and repair them in short order. He said wiring problems are common in older places like mine. He is such a pro! He was fast, friendly, and fair. He gave me a quote on some lighting I've been thinking about having done, too, and it was way more reasonable than I would have guessed.

UPDATED review: We were contacted by this business to reschedule and complete the previously discussed work. The two technicians that came out were skilled and very professional. The new light fixtures look great and the guys were able to move a ceiling light and install a fan instead. The requested new power outlet was installed perfectly too. The 4-star review is due to lack of timely communication and the multiple last-minute reschedules. The quality of the work was great otherwise. [][][][][]

[I contacted this business to help us replace some light fixtures/ceiling fan and install a new power outlet for a TV mount. The gentleman I spoke with over the phone was polite and happy to schedule us. The evening before the agreed-upon day of service, he contacted me and said they need to reschedule for another day since they were having issues with their work van. I appreciated the notice and we agreed that he would call me the next day (Tuesday) to set a new time... and then he never did. I messaged him on Wed to try and schedule and we eventually agreed on Friday at 8am. I am typing this review on said Friday at 9:30am - no one showed up and no response by text to my question if the appt is still valid for this morning. I am very disappointed at this rude treatment and the lack of reliability. We thought we were being flexible and understanding, yet we ended with no service and not enough time to get the job done before the upcoming holiday with another company. ]

Business owner lists a phone number to call but cannot leave a message because the mailbox is full. Slow response to contact him by text. Showed up late. Was told by his diagnosis that a 110 vac vent motor was faulty and needed replaced. He did he doesn't motors. How can you call yourself an electrician but you don't do small motors??? Very unprofessional. Charged $150 and referred an AC guy to call for replacing the motor. Possibly kickback from the AC guy. Stay away from this so called electrician Find one more professional and reliable.

The Parker and Sons tech (William) came out to do my system maintenance inspection. He also installed a surge protector which I hadbeen putting off. He did a fastbut thorough job and I would be happy to have him do all my future system maintenance. Thanks.

Very pleased with the service from Handyman Connection. Mark was friendly, professional, and knowledgable. He installed two sun shades on my patio and replaced a fan light kit in the dining room. I will definitely use Handyman Connection again.
