My Technician - Jay Johnson - was great! Showed up on time, good sense of humor and fixed my ceiling fan issue quick. They didn't overcharge which is always a fear when hiring a contractor.

Will definitely be using these guys again.

We were changing out bathroom light fixtures in our home which is something we have done many times before and should have been straight forward with no issues. Unfortunately this time was not the case due to questionable electrical work done by the builder and we lost all power to to not only the bathroom but home office. We called Star Light and not only did Mike answer immediately but was at our house in 15 minutes. Mike was fantastic and extremely knowledgeable, he was able to find the source of the issue which was not an easy task, got the power restored to both the rooms and then fix the wiring issue in the bathroom so that it is correctly wired but most importantly is safe. Anyone needing electrical work done should call Star Light and we guarantee you will be glad you did. I just had emergency and one of my rentals. I called TIO and they had someone on site within the hour. Before they dispatched, they warned me that I would be subject to emergency pricing. As it turns out, this emergency pricing was less than I would've expected for a normal electrician to come out on a pre-scheduled visit. They handled my issues professionally, and their pricing for the work done was more than fair, and their service was outstanding.

It's Saturday afternoon, December 23rd. Work that a Heating and Air Conditioner repairman was doing, blew our entire electrical system. We imagined a holiday weekend in the dark. I had the wrong number. There was a live power line that broke and was laying in my driveway. The guy who answered the phone directed me as to who I needed to call. He was very helpful, patient and courteous.
