The electricians from Wise Owl Electricians did an excellent job installing electrical outlets in our kitchen. Colin arrived on time and completed his job with a high level of professionalism. I wasn't sure whether what we were trying to do in the kitchen could be done, but he managed to get everything to work perfectly. After the job was over, he cleaned up all of the materials. Even though his project cost was pretty cheap, I believe I should have paid him more than the asked price. From beginning to end, the work was excellent. I will return as a customer.

I purchased 2 new AC Units at the end of March. When the summer hit in June they started blowing hot air. I called their office and they said someone would be out the next day. No one showed, I called at 11:00, 3:00, 7:00 and 9:00 and each time was told that I was on their schedule for that day. I called the next morning and was assured someone would be there then (The day after I took off work so I could be there). When he got there he say the coolant was leaking. I was told that the office would call me to have someone come out and do a leak check and fix the problem. No one called-less than a week later the units started blowing hot air again. I called to get someone out to fix the problem (that was on a Friday) they stated that their technicians could not get out till Tuesday but they could get someone out Saturday to re-charge the unit. Come Tuesday, again, no-one showed up. I got a call at 2:30 for them to inform me that they were too busy to make it to my house. Then they re-scheduled for Thursday. Then this morning, the person who came out to my house to fix my issues was there to work on the ducts. He told me he was not there to touch the units, and that is handled by a different department. I told him to call his manager and to get someone out to fix the units, because if the units are blowing hot air then it makes no sense just to fix the ducts to increase air flow to 3 vents downstairs. Then he left. In full transparency, I did speak harshly. I then called the office to speak with a service manager to get someone else out there to actually fix my units, and was told they were all in a meeting and couldn't take my call. Do yourself a favor and don't use these guys. I am not upset because the units have issues that need to be fixed, I am angry because this has been going on for 3 weeks in 115 degree heat and my issues are not important enough for someone to come out to my house to fix the leak on the system they installed.

I can honestly say I spoke to one of the most unprofessional so called GM ! You would think that being in that type of position you would have excellent people skills! I’m so upset because I have never felt this amount of disrespect from a person in this type of position. Most companies make you feel like you are a valued customer however this Man made me feel like I was trying to scam them, and when I tried to respond to his rude Accusations he disconnected the call right In My face! Some professional. Thank you but next time I’ll look into another electrical company.

Had issue with the panel spot that held the breaker for our A/C. Joel was helpful and professional, gave a few different options so that we could choose what was best for us. Not the cheapest route, not the most expensive route, but was capable of getting done within a day. This company is great to work with and they listen to your needs. Recommend to everyone I can.

303 Lighting (Chad and Preston) came over to troubleshoot a lighting problem I had that was caused by a different contractor. They did this as a favor for the store where I bought the fixtures, and as a favor to me, without charge. They set up a convenient time for us all, called me on their way over, and showed up on time. They were able to pinpoint the problem quickly. Wish they had been the original electricians on the job!

06/27/20 Update - Chad and Preston came over this week as I hired them to fix my wiring problem. As before, the arrived promptly. They were able to not only fix the issue, but they did it WITHOUT cutting any holes in the drywall! They stuck to their estimate even though the job turned out to be worse than they thought, and Preston had to climb into the attic in this heat. When the dimming switch appeared to be broken, they picked up a replacement as warranty. Of course, I had special ordered light almond and the replacement was white, but they had another trick up their sleeve and swapped out the front facing pieces. These guys are MIRACLE WORKERS! And they were so careful and cleaned up every spec of dirt. Definitely will be my go to electricians from now on. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Mike did a great job for us. He was prompt, personal, and professional. He was quick to diagnois the problem and get it fixed. I highly recommend this company if you have an electrical issue in your home.

Danny came out and installed a mitigation fan on the roof. He had to get in the attic crawl space to do this, and did it without a complaint. He also put in a box with a switch for the fan and an outlet in our laundry room. He did a super job and everything looked great afterwards- no mess! All the work was done well, works great and the price was right, too! Will definitely use Cowboy Electric in the future!

I needed to re-wire the whole house with BX (Metal Clad) cable due to mice eating the Romex cables. We also needed to replace the service boxes with state-of-the-art boxes. John quoted $17,800 without making any calculations on paper. I accepted, and he started to send his electricians to work. We had an average of 4 electricians daily, with a high of 8 and low of 2 men. It took them three weeks to finish the job. The job was inspected and passed. Inside the house, he installed 5 smoke alarms which we needed to pass inspection, two ceiling fans (one was in the living-room which had none before), He replaced our dining-room overhead lamp and all the bulbs we had with the latest whatever it is. There were 74 holes inside and outside the house for his men to pull cables throughout. We have a 220/3-phase box for the air conditioner, and a 220/single phase for shop equipment. They replaced all our outdoor sockets with new weatherproof sockets and boxes and even added a couple for the sprinkler system. He installed an 8-ft. double fluorent light for my shop with many new sockets throughout the shop for equipment. Whenever I needed anything from John, he was always available and even though we had agreed to pay $17,800, at the end of the job he told me to keep the last $300. Has anyone ever heard of a contractor doing that? John is a very busy man with lots of work and several sites going at any one time but I would not think of using anyone else. As a comparison, a famous big-name electrical contractor quoted $58,000 for the same job! John asked for a $6,000 deposit which I refused and he cut it down to $4,000. After two weeks, I began to worry that he had spent more on wages alone, not to mention the reams of cable and fixtures he was bring in. Everything works beautifully now, I have a beautiful Ceiling fan in my living-room, 5 smoke alarms I never had before, and outdoor sockets for my springler systems around the house. My shop never had a proper light and it is super lit up with a double 8-foot fluorescent light. John never even acted annoyed with me and always granted whatever I wanted of him. I recommend this man's services without reservation. You will be delighted with John's work and his manner. All his men are gentlemen too. You can call me directly if you like.

Reckless driver, driving on I-10 this morning 6/21/17 and one of the company trucks almost hit me. I dodge my car to avoid a crash and the driver didn't care I as he kept speeding. Got close to the truck and got the name of the company RWK Electric, driver was with head down looking at the cell phone or something else. Called the company immediately, Lindsay (owner) apologized....BUT reckless driver almost hit me. Thanks GOD for your protection.

I did not go in. My son and his 2 friends did. Am told they had a good time. I found it to be too expensive. One of the 3 I drove to the Game On event on Aug 11 had lost his 3 day pass and was made to pay another $49 for a Sunday. I believe his money should be returned as he can prove through his bank and friends that he paid for 3 days in advance of the event.
