My Gas Water heater went out and I called a License.Plumber

Contractor & they told me that my gas water heater needed to be Replaced? Which would had been $700.00 or More. My Son told me to get a 2nd Opinion because my gas water heater was only 2 years old.

We had a serious plumbing issue (shower) and had to turn the water off to our house late at night. I filled out a estimate cost on George Brazil's website around 11:00 pm. At about 8:00 am the next day, we received a call and setup an appointment for 12:30 pm. A service man came out, assessed our problem, told us to get some new parts for the shower, which we did (faucets, shower heads, etc) at Home Depot. They came back at 8:00 the next morning and I met Shane B. and his assistant. Shane was fantastic and did a magnificent job and we had water again by 11:00 (they had to do substantial plumbing work). I received a military discount and decided to buy a one year service contract for my home, which gives me preferred service over non-contract customers and a substantial discount. The contract6 covers everything. Shane B. was professional, polite and he explained everything in layman's terms. He did an inspection of all the plumbing in my home, found some issues and gave me a written estimate to fix each problem. I am exceptionally happy with the service and work from Shane B. and George Brazil and will use them for future problems. If you are looking for someone you can trust, won't rip you off and will do quality work, go to George Brazil and hopefully you'll get Shane B. (if you have plumbing issues). I highly recommend them - excellent work and fair prices.

We had a wonderful experience with Penguin Air and their ace technician, Nathan today! We own a home that we rent on Air BNB and the A/C was not cooling last night. I called Penguin for the first time and the gal who answered the phone was super helpful! Nathan was able to come out today to clean our dirty coils and get us back up and running. He FaceTimed us to show the problem and was very helpful giving us a tour of the system. He saved us from having to cancel a reservation!!We are so glad we called Penguin!
