Randy and Tyra of ATR have performed several jobs for us over the last couple of months. We found them after a slew of other companies overcharged and disappointed - ATR is total opposite of that, you get what you pay for and then some. The quality of their work, their dependability, their pricing, and their friendly nature make them our go-to company for all things home repair! This week they completed a new backsplash for us at our home in Ahwatukee/phoenix and holy cow it is nice! We paid a fraction of the cost that others estimated and our kitchen is beautiful! Hire them for all your home repairs, you will be glad you did!

I contacted 7 handyman companies to inquire about installing a new water softener and Johnny was the only person who returned my call and I'm so glad he did. Johnny was great to work with. He showed up on time, communicated the steps he was taking during the install. Also, even before his scheduled date of installation, we were in communication about the type and brand of softener I was purchasing. My texts never went unreturned. I will work with Johnny again in the future, Oh, and he even texted me after the install to relay that he will return in a few days to check the connections and ensure there are no leaks. Fantastic!

Performed cabinet removalarea restoration in kitchen. Arrived within a reasonable timeframe and performed services at lightning quick speeds. The final outcome looks great and most importantly she asked if the job was completed to our satisfaction. We will be using her services for future projects for sure. She didn't even mind me asking numerous questions and she answered them completely and with a positive attitude. What is even more awesome is she took very careful care with the kitchen to not cause further demolition damage. I am very impressed with her carefulness. All of these are most important in a service. Also her rates are VERY reasonable.

I hired Jeremy the Handyman/First Leaf Construction to correct a poorly sized attic opening at my older home. Jeremy did a fantastic job coming out to take a look/discuss options and provided a clear and reliable proposal. The new opening and corresponding door turned out perfect, with absolute high quality. Will is a very reliable, trustworthy, strong hard working young man who gets the job done as quickly as possible. He is focused and honest. He put 2 vanity tops, 3 faucets, a vanity light, 4 towel racks, and hard ware in my bathrooms and kitchen in about 5 1/2 hours. He only charged me for 5 hours because he was taking time to fix my window. He noticed the caulking was loose, and he fixed it without me even having to ask! He is a self- starter who hopes to grow his business and do well in business and in life. He wore a mask and washed his hands. The faucet in the kitchen looked so fantastic, my son actually thought I had upgraded the entire sink. My grandchildren were amazed at how much better the bathrooms looked. He finishes projects professionally, completely as he cleans the work space and removes trash. I have been wanting to do these upgrades since I bought my house almost three years ago. I finally found the right person for the job. I highly recommend Will for your jobs around the house. I wish there we two of him so I could use him for my house in another state but I don’t think he has a twin. Maybe he’ll let me clone him? LOL! TY good Lord for Will! ?

Removed dining room chandelier and installed a new chandelier. An air vent in the ceiling had to be relocated as well. The job was completed with excellence! Highly recommend.

Amazing. Over the years I have had numerous repair issues that have needed addressing. Waylon has been amazing. He came out and helped my Mom out of some issues where other handyman companies wanted to charge an arm and a leg. Glad I found Waylon and so blessed by all he's done for us. In particular I had some flooring that I needed fixed and some Drywall that I needed patched. He was very honest about what he could do. In the end I am super impressed with how well they were able to help not only my repairs, but my Mom's house as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I would be very wary of using Lundsford handyman services. Read full post for full experience but long story short, we paid up front for 6 interior doors and paint to be installed and now almost 5 months later we have no doors and received only half of our money back and have to look into small claims for the remaining. Multiple no call no shows to at least deliver us our materials so we could find someone else to install plus we offered to pick them up ourselves. Now from this experience I am so worried about hiring anyone else to get our job done this has caused a lot of anxiety. We normally do a lot of DIY but we’re really looking for experienced help which we were told he had to get this one right. This might sound first world problemish but we have a really bad problem with our hollow core doors expanding in summer to the point they scrape really bad or we can’t close them at all which is super difficult with a newborn and we’re so looking forward to having this done. This has been such a negative experience I wonder who else this service has taken advantage of. See below for full experience.

We hired Chase to do a job April 28th and paid for materials up front and labor due upon completion. Scheduled for June 18th after supposed material delivery delays. June 17th I texted confirmation that he would be here next day for install. June 18th he messaged saying some family stuff came up and would update asap. Supposedly then he has had family drama and Covid and his carpenter got Covid (we were not even aware that anyone else was involved to complete our job). Didn’t hear any news back until July 7 that he would deliver our materials to us as soon as he had a truck available (what kind of handyman doesn’t have a truck). I responded my husband has a truck and can pick up our stuff anytime. July 8 he said he will bring that weekend. No response to multiple calls/texts (never answers calls and only texts back days later) until July 14 that will bring everything Monday or Tuesday and complete install the following week. Nothing until July 22 that he will bring the next day. No response to call/text again until July 25 will bring the next day. July 27 will be here Friday. Then Saturday. Then Sunday. Monday I asked for reimbursement if he can’t deliver them. Then looking back I see he ordered per the screenshot sent the wrong size materials ??‍♀️. I finally said we will go route of small claims if he does not reimburse us at this point. He argued he can’t return at this point and that I should have requested reimbursement sooner ??‍♀️??‍♀️??‍♀️. This guy has been jerking us around for almost 4 months now. Home Depot said they can give us full store credit if brought without a receipt and can order correct size ourselves. I said we can give one more chance to bring our stuff as promised and we can get our credit ourselves. Supposedly now he already initiated return and needs a few days to scrape together money to reimburse us since can only get 75% refund himself. Also asking not to leave any negative reviews that his life is in shambles. He has been completing and posting other jobs on his Facebook page in the meantime. We received half reimbursement 8/10/22 and other half still not sent to us and it is now 8/24/22
