A friend recommended Rich Electrical to help with a wacky wiring issue I discovered in an outlet that resulted in half my home going dark. The technician, Fabian, was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and explained step by step what he was doing and why. I had what I thought to be a simple problem with a GFCI; but it happened at my rental house and on a Sunday Afternoon. I needed somebody knowledgeable to fix what I couldn't figure out and needed it done today. I found Meade Electric online; Tony answered right away and said he could stop by in an hour, he was there in about 30 minutes. He was very knowledgeable about trouble shooting my problem, very professional, and very courteous. He figured it out and had it solved in 15 minutes. Called to schedule an appointment for outlet installation which was easy and he was very informative but when it came time for the work to be done he didn't show up on the schedule day and when I tried to reach out to him his phone was either off or I was blocked. Waited 2 weeks for the appointment just sitting around before i had to schedule another election 2 weeks out. So a month just waiting

Listened to exactly what we wantef done, arrived on time and totally prepared, did a wonderful job, left things totally clean, and even did a couple of things that we forgot to put on our to-do list at no extra charge. We were 110% satsfied with everything done and will definitely use them for all of our future work!
