I called and set up an appointment for a light to be hung and let them know it is a 20 foot ceiling. They did not come prepared with a ladder to get to the light. I let them know I have a ladder to get them there, Eric came up started moving the ladder and said oh I have a bad back and shoulder, so I moved the ladder in and set it up. Then Eric comes in and said they can’t use my ladder and they have to bring a 3 man team to hang the light so the cost will have to go up. The problem is they knew it was a 20 foot ceiling when they were coming out so they should of been prepared, and then they saw my house and wanted to charge more to hang the light. I called them in the first place because they are a small independent shop that is local, stick with a bigger shop for your electrical needs. Even if it is just hanging a light.

I can’t say enough good things about these guys. They went above and beyond what was asked of them and finished their work quickly but thoroughly. Very professional as well. 5 stars!

Dennis was easy to work with and did great work. We contacted him when we had some electrical issues in our kitchen. He came right over and didn't charge an outrageous amount for coming over on a Saturday like other companies were wanting upfront just to show up. Coltech is AMAZING and they are now my GO-TO electrical folks above all others. From the moment I requested their services they were on it without any delay. Their Customer Service Skills are phenomenal and they are more like Family that one trusts rather than simply another vendor. James is superb in working with one on his specific needs and in giving invaluable feedback. Brian, the electrician who wrote my estimate and who returned to do the work is simply beyond words. He is hard-working, professional, knowledgeable and spoke to me in laypersons' terms which I needed as it relates to anything electrical. He did not stop from the moment he arrived until he left, and he was able to assist me with other ideas and explained everything which he did. Coltech's prices are out-of-this-world WONDERFUL which I learned from doing my due diligence with other contractors who came to evaluate the same work (with less) and substantially different and higher quotes. Kerwin helped me and my business (Union Hills Animal Hospital) with what was probably a very minor problem for them. He was very helpful, the repair was done professionally and quickly and came in under what I thought it would cost, something that happens rarely. I would recommend them highly!

I'm a General Contractor an have used Watt Masters on new residential construction of luxury homes, high end remodels, as well as on Commercial Tenant Improvement work. Tom Buehler and each and every one of his employees are excellent to work with. They are all very knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. My customers love interacting with them as well. Overall a very pleasant experience when you deal with Watt Masters. They have also installed several complete solar systems for me!

The electricians from Wise Owl Electricians did an excellent job installing electrical outlets in our kitchen. Colin arrived on time and completed his job with a high level of professionalism. I wasn't sure whether what we were trying to do in the kitchen could be done, but he managed to get everything to work perfectly. After the job was over, he cleaned up all of the materials. Even though his project cost was pretty cheap, I believe I should have paid him more than the asked price. From beginning to end, the work was excellent. I will return as a customer.

I have been using Allied Electric Technology on all of the commercial buildings that I oversee. Since day one, Stacy and his team have done extraordinary. Their customer service is the best and get work orders completed on a timely manner.

Business owner lists a phone number to call but cannot leave a message because the mailbox is full. Slow response to contact him by text. Showed up late. Was told by his diagnosis that a 110 vac vent motor was faulty and needed replaced. He did he doesn't motors. How can you call yourself an electrician but you don't do small motors??? Very unprofessional. Charged $150 and referred an AC guy to call for replacing the motor. Possibly kickback from the AC guy. Stay away from this so called electrician Find one more professional and reliable.

I have had them come out twice for critical electrical work and they are by far the best electric repair company I have ever dealt with there is no BS with these guys they will shoot it to you straight and their work ethic is amazing, beyond amazing actually when you compare them to the rest of the workforce right now.

I had a water heater break and leak while out of town and called Parker & Sons for service. I had the pleasure of dealing with Isaac Wilkinson, Max Dillwood, and Jake (apprentice). They were excellent at putting me at ease in a very stressful situation, were extremely courteous, professional, and punctual. They diagnosed my problems, provided multiple options and advice for repairs, and worked very efficiently once service started. Walked me through repairs as they completed them so I had a full understanding of what happened from beginning to end. Cleaned up after themselves. Would recommend them to anyone and I am extremely happy I used Parker & Sons.

Reckless driver, driving on I-10 this morning 6/21/17 and one of the company trucks almost hit me. I dodge my car to avoid a crash and the driver didn't care I as he kept speeding. Got close to the truck and got the name of the company RWK Electric, driver was with head down looking at the cell phone or something else. Called the company immediately, Lindsay (owner) apologized....BUT reckless driver almost hit me. Thanks GOD for your protection.
