I reached out to Protech Electrical in need of services for electrical maintenance to make sure everything was safe in my house before I began some home renovations. Renaldo and Malvin showed up on time and were both very professional and knowledgeable. They both do a fantastic job of talking you through what they are doing and why they are doing it. They replaced some outlets and performed a general maintenance check on all of the outlets in my house. The entire process took less than an hour. I am very impressed with their service and efficiency. I highly recommend this company to anyone worried about their home electrical wiring situation. These electricians arrived at my location to diagnose all of my circuit breakers in the cabinet. They were punctual and transparent about pricing, and I sincerely appreciate their honesty. They noticed that the breaker was fine and needed to be tightened instead of replaced, which saved me!

These freaking guys rock!! I called for an estimate. I needed a new service panel and new lines from the service panel outside. Edmond gave me a price better than everyone else. I was apprehensive because the lowest price is usually not the best. Because of the situation I was in, I decided to try the best price. Man, am I happy I did. Edmond and Erick went above and beyond my expectations. I just acquired the house and it was worse than anything you have ever seen. I was supposed to clean the utility closet out but I struggled disconnecting the gas dryer. Shamefully, I explained to them that I couldn't get the dryer out. They had that thing out in 5 minutes!! After that, they performed their job with absolute pride and integrity.Between my stepfather and I, we have 70 years experience in the construction industry. My experience with DMS Electric was absolutely great from start to finish. I had Derek and his team install a bunch of lights/outlets, install/mount a bunch of TVs and other electrical work in a dental office. Everything was completed on time, on budget and turned out great! His team of electricians were always friendly, on time and easy to work with. Also, Derek was always reachable by phone and responded quickly to any questions or concerns. Definitely add DMS Electric to your list of go to contractors as you will not be disappointed. This was the single most unprofessional experience I have ever had. The appointment was scheduled the day prior according to his availability. He arrived late. He was rude. Upon arrival he demanded an “after hours emergency fee” that was not previously disclosed for a 5 o’clock appointment when the hours online are 7a-7p. He insisted “he knows it’s the appliance” without even checking anything. And then demanded a $125 fee to come out when he did NO work. He was here for less than 15 minutes and we have security footage to verify it. When asked about what this fee was for he stated “Im just an employee it’s a business fee”. Online he listed as the business owner. He then stated it would be a minimum of $250 to check the power and he was “on the clock” when he started and it would be “time and a half to double” in addition. He became angry when questioned about this pricing. To which we just asked him to leave. I am very concerned with the legitimacy of this “business” Do not use this company!

A top notch company for electrical work. Damian responded quickly and my job was completed in just a matter of days. Other people I called were booking weeks out.Damian explained the quote clearly and pricing seemed fair. During the job, I pointed the workers to the wrong wall under which I believed our electrical panel was located. I was mistaken but they didn’t realize this until after they’d already cut a hole in the basement ceiling. Damian and his staff were very understanding and did not charge me for the additional labor in cutting and re-patching the hole. This was a very classy action taken by their team.I highly recommend this company for electrical work!
