I have a two-story row home in Philadelphia and was looking for a licensed electrician to upgrade my electrical service to 200AMP. Altin came out same-day to provide an estimate and had the job schedule for that week. He showed up on time and replaced the service entrance and conduit with PVC, installed the new panel and put in grounding rods. I was impressed with everyone wearing masks and using shoe coverings to keep the house clean. When the job was finished they bagged all the trash and left the place spotless. Can't recommend Mata Electric enough, they do quality work at a competitive price and will be my go to for any future electric projects.

My husband and I were really disappointed to find out after the inspection of our future home that it would need to be completely rewired for safety purpose. We needed trustworthy electricians to get it done fast, well, and for a reasonable price so we could enjoy our first home as homeowners with peace of mind. We got three different quotes from Gen3 with different tiers of service and cost. I sent those quotes to multiple electricians to see if they could do better on price. iTech got back to me immediately. They said they would only do the top tier job so they could bring us up to code AND said they'd do it for 5k less than the Gen3 guys! Tony, Edison, and crew were responsive, respectful, knowledgeable, quick, thorough, and thoughtful in their work. They treated our home as if it were their own and cleaned up each time they left. They were flexible with our schedule and tolerant of our two small dogs even though the little one can be a little unwelcoming. They will be taking care of the electric in our house from now on. Professional, reliable, and does good work. It’s not always easy to find good contractors in Philly, but this is a good one.

I used Barry Fisher a few years ago to install a separate line for a new dishwasher. He charged me $250 - the going rate was $125. I only used him because I needed it right away and he was already at my home. He also offered to fix my circuit panel by moving it away from the wall, for $800. Claimed it was wet and could destroy all of my appliances. Had my plumber (who also does electrical) examine it - he said there was nothing wrong with it. This is a new review. Barry Fisher responded that my original one was slander and illegal - demanded I delete it, which I've done. I am submitting this new review and want others to know that, in fact, the Federal Trade Commission protects consumers' rights to submit online reviews, positive and negative. Google also allows us to express our opinions freely.

Justin came to service the AC and furnace and as always he and Gen3 were great.

These guys are great. They're fast and the pricing was good. I needed a 240V outlet installed in my garage to charge my new PHEV. I called them Friday afternoon and someone came Saturday morning to not only give an estimate, but also did the job on the spot. The price was lower than I had expected based on other estimates I've received. I highly recommend these guys for your electrical needs.

Reggie and his team installed 6 ceiling fans and an outdoor spot light. One ceiling fan was on an angled 15ft ceiling and another was on a 12 ft ceiling. They worked efficiently and at end checked that all were working correctly and to my satisfaction. They adjusted the frequency of the fans so remotes did not interfere with one another. We are happy with their work and will use them again.

We had a issue with our new house. Jay came out to fix our issue and then was able to expand on some areas of the home and what we could do. We ended up getting more work done with a great price. The team he brought was done within hours for a project that would normally take a full day.
