Recently moved into an old house (1901) with outdated electric. Problems arose the day before settlement and Steve with TE sent someone out within hours. They analyzed the problem and provided an immediate quote. Following settlement, Dimitri began work and caught several major issues - the biggest being an ungrounded house with a bad negative connection. Once renovations began, he walked me through the issues and the best solutions. This was a major expense, so long the way, Dimitri looked for ways to cut costs and save me a few $$$. Overall, couldn't be happier with the communication, response time, and quality of service!

Everything went very well. As this was not an emergency situation, the electrician arrived two days after my call. A visit was scheduled to install the fan. This appointment needed to be changed because of the electrician's schedule. The scheduling team was very pleasant and sensitive to my schedule. They always kept me informed. The electrician and his assistant were very professional, friendly, and competent. They arrived on time and did a wonderful job. They left the area clean and no plants were harmed by their visit.

Absolutely atrocious, very very high, fraudulent quoting practices, lucky we did not do any major work with these people and got a second opinion. Do not let them do an inspection on your house, it's absolute garbage.
