John was very abrupt on the phone with me. I had put in a request for an estimate, but then I didn't need them because I was able to find the problem and fix it myself. I called to cancel the service call. John said, ok, I'll cancel the call. and immediately hung up. No goodbye or thank you for contacting us in the first place or even have a nice day.

The technicians were efficient, on time and did fantastic work on installing a ceiling fan on the second floor of the house. I was able to continuing working from home the entire time they were here. Tom from At Home Electric responded quickly with a reasonable price. Did the work the next day. Installed 2 new dedicated basement outlets, new bedroom outlet and changed dimmer switch to toggle switch. Very pleased with his manner and his work. Planning to hire Tom again to replace basement fixtures and install new ceiling lights in bedrooms. Very pleased and would highly recommend.

What a pleasant experience. I am normally concerned with contractors of any sort coming into my home. But BG Electric made my day. From my first panicked call in the morning they had Ben, the technician at my door in less than two hours. He quickly diagnosed the problem and the issue was repaired in quick order, putting me entirely at ease. They did not try to oversell me as some contractors do. JJ and Miri were wonderful and very professional/trustworthy. We called at 6:30pm on Christmas Eve and they arrived within the hour. They inspected my apartment breaker panel and the panels in the basement and quickly and efficiently troubleshooted and solved the problem. They were very sympathetic to the fact that it is 15 degrees outside/our heating is electric. We’re extremely grateful to them for getting our power back on and our heat working. Many other companies we called were not able to send anyone down for another few days. JJ/Miri and their company are a Christmas miracle!

Let just start with GE Electrical Services saved the day......Monday 20, 2020 we were doing a small plumbing job that just consist of adding shut off vales....unknowing to us the water dripped down in the basement and got on wires that were old, rusted and exposed. It cause half of our building to go out and start an electrical spark, we thought as we smelled the burnt wires. We had to think fast and called several electrical companies and did not have any luck, mind you this was on MLK holiday at 6:30 at night. I looked on Yelp and came across GE Electrical Services and our Hero Edmond the service manager answered the phone and said he would be right over. He stated it would only take him 20 min to arrive and once he did he kicked right into action, he identified the issue and stated that there was a fire in the wall. He worked quickly to cut the power to the dangerous old, rusted and exposed wires to ensure safety. He also let us know that 3 new lines would have to be ran and that he would email us the cost and schedule us for his next appointment Wednesday 22, 2020. Edmond and his company GE Electrical Services came and got the job done very professional and friendly. The services they provided , excellent customer service and reasonable prices I would recommend them to all and will be using them for any future services. Thanks GE Electrical Services You Rock!!!

I called FMJ to address an emergency (10/5/22). I really appreciate how thorough the technician was in troubleshooting and explaining the process from diagnostic to repair. I also appreciated the direct pricing.The true value in the service was how knowledgable, professional, courteous, and CLEAN the tech was. My tenant really appreciated it, just as much as I did. If the need arises I will be contacting them again!

John installed all the lighting fixtures around the outside of my house. It was a job I felt I may be able to do, but might take a whole weekend. Instead, I thought I would consult an electrician to get the job done quick and right. He exceeded my expectations and was done in less than an hour. He worked neatly and efficiently. He was very reasonable and I will surely be giving him more business since I would like to put grounds on all my outlets and install outlets in my bathroom.

My vote is 5 stars in all categories with Raya Electric! I had a shopping list of electrical work that needed to be done. I had a Ring doorbell installed, new electrical outlets wired on my front porch, three-way switch enhancements and new light installed in my coat closet. They were professional, prompt, courteous, and provided a detail explanation of the repair with options. Finally, they cleaned up and patched up afterwards.
