When the power in one full wall (Basement to Second Floor) went out, I contacted my warranty company. They sent a tech out (after taking my service fee) and the tech did NOTHING. So I was left without power for over a week.Now, how do I know the first tech did NOTHING????Well when I reached out to Protech, they contacted me and said they would be over first thing the next morning. They were on time and considerate of my home, by putting on booties before they walked in my door.next they assessed the situation and after explaining the consultation fee to me, they said they could fix the problem the same day!!And that they did, in under an hour.....!!What the first tech failed to do, Protech ensured they did, and that was find the root cause of the power failure. Turned out it was a faulty outlet. They replaced the outlet and now I have power again, and I owe it all to Protech Electrical Services!!Do not hesitate to contact them. They are quick, respectful, walk you through the process, and timely.I will definitely call them again if I have any other issues going forward.

Tom and his At Home Electric team were on time and were extremely professional. They put ceiling outlets in for the new automatic garage doors we are getting, put additional lighting in our garage, added switches and outlets on both sides of the garage, installed a new bathroom light, and replaced an attic light switch. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions. In addition, they were neat and did not leave a mess for us to clean up later. This is a company we will be happy to use again for our electrical needs.

Do not bother to call this company.. he will tell you to get few quotes together with all details and scope of work and that he will beat any price.. in other words I don't want to work so let someone else do all the foot work and ill beat the price. I could respect that, but what I cant respect is that after doing all of this I emailed the 3 quotes and after a week no one ever reached out and when I called the comedian on the other line had me read to him the 3 quotes, like yo I just sent you an email with all the details!! how professional right? he then tells me forget about the lowest quote and the second lowest is about right but I will charge about 1000 more ill come down and see the location but is definitely gonna be more than the second lowest quote you never even came to see my location and you been in business for over 100 years. Yes he told me they been in business for over 100 years!! LMAOOOO what a waste of my time

My experience with DMS Electric was absolutely great from start to finish. I had Derek and his team install a bunch of lights/outlets, install/mount a bunch of TVs and other electrical work in a dental office. I had an electric issue in my rental property. Eagle Electric guy came to my property, didn't even look at the basement electric box or wires, didn't really check anything (he was scared of the dog) , and when I spoke to the manager on the phone, afterwards, he said it will be $4500 (!!!) to repair the issue - to upgrade the box, to add three more electrical lines. I said it was crazy. How about not upgrading the box? He said it will be $1600 just to add extra lines. I thought that was overpriced too. I did more research and found another certified guy who fixed the issue for $360. Everything works now.Bottom line, if u want to throw your money away, by all means call this company. What they do they try to squeeze as much money out of u as they possibly can, not trying to be fair or economical, very dishonest and unprofessional.
