I had Gen3 out to do routine maintenance on my HVAC system and they recommended follow up work. The tech said he would send a quote, but did not, and it took multiple phone calls to even get the quote. I finally scheduled the follow up, it was cancelled not once but twice (once less than 24 hours before, once about 30 minutes before the arrival window closed) and they refused to send a different tech out. I gave ample opportunity for them to address the issue, they could not be bothered to find a solution. Atrocious experience.

I was in need of an outlet for my new electric range, iTech was extremely responsive and was able to give an in person estimate within 24 hours. The price was extremely fair, and they sent an electrician out the next day to knock out the job.Every step of the process was handled with professionalism, and I would highly recommend them for your electrical needs!

Called for a quote to install a pendant lighting fixture. Obtained an estimate over the phone and the electrician was out the same day on time to install. Electrician wore a mask, was very professional and did a nice job. He also left the area clean. Will use again and highly recommend.

Recently bought an electric dryer to replace one that was about 30 years old. The old one was 'hardwired' which apparently doesn't fly these days. I needed an electrical receptacle installed so that the dryer could be plugged in. I called City Wide and they came out on very short notice- within an hour. They had the necessary cords, box- everything needed to get the dryer running. They even made the vent hose more secure. They were polite, cleaned up and did a great job. Very reasonable cost especially on such short notice. I will not hesitate to have them do any future electrical work.

Had the team at Echo House come out to quote for my Tesla NEMA 14-50 outlet install - from quote to completion, they were a pleasure to work with. Not only was their method the least destructive (didn't have to rip open any walls, etc.), but they were the cheapest of the 5 quotes I received. Price was very fair for the labor and quality of the job. Also, I live in an apartment complex and they managed to complete the job by only turning my unit's power off. So, no headaches with my neighbors!I'd trust them with any electrical install going forward. You'd be dumb to not have them at least come quote your project.

He took the time to address our needs and to make sure we would be happy with the spacing and installation. He even took the time to help and fix another electrical problem we had somewhere else in our house with no additional charge. I will be recommending them to my friends and family.

Absolutely atrocious, very very high, fraudulent quoting practices, lucky we did not do any major work with these people and got a second opinion. Do not let them do an inspection on your house, it's absolute garbage.
