I had my A/C unit serviced with GEN3 and Steve was my technician. He was very professional and polite. He answered all of my questions and even gave me some very useful information about carbon monoxide detectors! He went out of his way to explain to me which carbon monoxide detectors are the best and why it’s important. He also showed me how to change out my heating and cooling filters and why it’s important to change them out. He also provided me with useful information about surge protectors. I will definitely be using GEN3 in the future for my heating and cooling needs!
