They never called me. Once someone assumed he answered my question via EMAIL, I responded, letting him know he assumed wrong, but not once did they call me, even after several follow ups on my part. I went as far as requesting they provide a number of person that will be handling my quote as this is the only way to avoid unwanted SPAM. Zip, nada. They were not interested in assisting me and never heard back. No one likes to be ignored but at end of day, the lesson is on me as I contacted them a few years back, same result.

After I posted an email this morning for an estimate I received a call back within 10 minutes of posting. I got same day service upon receiving my estimate & both technicians that came to my home were both courteous & respectful. Ronnie & Andy were professional and polite, they took the time out to explain the issue and what needed to be fixed, so that i could understand. Both gentlemen took their time and completed the job, with professionalism.Once the job was completed they explained what was done & tested the electric to make sure it was working correctly!They also ensured i had a year warranty & 3 year parts replacement. I appreciate their dedication. If we could leave more than 5 stars for Mason, we would! He was extremely knowledgeable and patient. He went above and beyond to explain what he was doing, answer questions, and ensure we were satisfied with the job. He even recycled our old ceiling fans for us. We highly recommend Mason, and we plan to hire him again in the near future.

These guys were probably one of the most professional contractors I have ever used. They were incredibly respectful of our property, contents/merchandise and cleaned up after themselves every night. I appreciate his professional, care-filled service and ability to solve my problems in ways that prevent it from recurring (or others from cropping up). All that and we enjoyed a few laughs, which I find priceless during this pandemic. When I consider John Y's excellent work combined with Gen3's thoughtful, forward-thinking, and humane management of its services, I not only got my HVAC problems solved in a timely, efficient manner, but had what would have been a miserable week end on an upbeat note. Amazing service from the estimate/quote to the completion of the job.I needed to have most of my house rewired. Tony came out on a weekend to give me the quote for the job, and they were able to start the project within the week so that it would line up with my schedule. Tony, Edison, and the rest of the team came out to the house multiple times until each and every part of the job was done. Will definitely use again and would highly recommend to anyone needing work done, including large projects.

Brandon Electric came in to wire our home and establish service again after our house fire. Brandon Electric did clean work. This is a family ran business by father and sons. They are kind, professional and honest men. If we need an electrician again, they will be my first phone call.

Our house needed a circuit breaker box upgrade, a frayed wire replacement, electric dryer outlet installed, and multiple 20 amp outlets installed.Raya Electric was very responsive, provided estimates promptly, and started and completed the entire project within a couple days. The timing was perfect as it was finished before the long heatwave. The work was organized, and Raya Electric took the time to clean up afterwards.Tesfu was professional and took the time to explain the work being done. After the project was complete, Tesfu went above and beyond by coming out to finish some last details on the grounding rods.We have future projects in mind and will reach out to Raya Electric again.Definitely recommend Raya Electric! My entire home had knob and tube wiring and it all needed to be replaced. Live Wire did a great job replacing all the electrical and adding in additional outlets as well as installing internet drops throughout the house and an integrated Smoke Detector/Carbon Monoxide detectors. Professional work, great communication and done in a timely manner. Would absolutely use again and would recommend to anyone that asks.

Jon gave us an honest opinion and fair estimate. He explained every step of the process. Jon and his partner were very thorough, prompt, and professional. They also plaster any openings left by their work. We had 2 outlets installed, one outlet moved, under cabinet lights installed and ceiling fan also. Pricing was reasonable and I feel safe knowing the job was completed by professionals who are conscientious! Plus they cleanup and take trash with them.

I found Myers on Neighbor Next door and I reached out to have some work done. They came out and were very professional and gave me advance on some things I could do in order to stop certain issues. I will definitely be using them for future plumbing and electrical needs.

I've used this company several times. Once was for a broken outlet, another time was to replace lighting fixtures and another time was to install electric for my jacuzzi. Each and every time the service was reliable, affordable and of excellent quality. I would highly recommend!
