They are totally patient with deaf customers & make efforts to make us understand better in communication by gestures, writing, texting, etc. They made us extremely happy & satisfied. George and his team did a couple of jobs for me over the past month. Relocated a chandelier and replaced my electrical meter and outdoor wiring.They were on time and responsive through the process. This company was very responsive from my first call. Intake was a very smooth process, and the electrician called back within 15mins. The price quote was very descriptive, clear and was a fair price. I will review again when service has been completed.

We had some repairs to do. Richard was patient and explained the options available to me as I had some confusions.

I had called based on a friend’s recommendation, and I felt more comfortable knowing the business has been around for quite some time, and all of my expectations were exceeded. Ran into quite a few electrical issues when I purchased my first home, and I didn’t really know where to turn. Scheduling was amazing, and I managed to have someone (John) come out for service very quickly. It was clear that he knew what he was doing, and gave me several options for how to remedy the issues, never felt any pressure in making a decision. Very personable, professional, and safe. Explained absolutely everything as he was completing the service, and it’s almost embarrassing to say, but I think he left my house cleaner in the areas he worked on than they were when he got there. Top notch service, would definitely use again for any electrical issues in the future. Would never use anyone else. A++

Awesome experience, highly recommend, & very reasonably priced! I contacted Raya Electric to help me with the bathroom lighting and wiring. I hired previously hired someone who ended up messing up the wiring in my bathroom leaving me with no operable lights & exposed wires. I contacted Raya that same day & the electrician came out quickly. He was so polite & helpful. He explained to me the issues with the crossed wiring & showed me which lights to buy that would work in that area. He hooked up a temporary light to use, which was a huge help, while I waited for the fixture I ordered. As soon as the light came in he put me right on the schedule. He fixed the wiring, replaced the electrical box, & installed it. He even spackled the wall & cleaned everything up! All the work & time was very reasonably priced. I’ve already referred Raya to someone & will definitely be using them again for all of my electrical!

Outstanding! I worked with Joe directly throughout the process. He installed recessed lighting and an exhaust fan in the kitchen. He did everything he said he would. No surprises.Joe came out quickly, offered a written estimate, and responded quickly from the estimate to completion. My husband and I (wife wrote this review) reached out to Amplify (via their website) to repair an electrical panel issue we had inside our house. We had specific sections of our house without electric power, which included our outside garage. Within a 24 hour timespan, we received a call back from the company, with a scheduled visit the same day, with a 2 hour time window provided for the visit. Ayde (Chris) was the electrician that timely arrived within the time window we were provided. We found Chris to be extremely knowledgeable/qualified, friendly, courteous, polite, and clean in his work. After inpecting our electrical service panel box, and reviewing the areas of our house without power, Chris expertly honed in on the problem and was able to repair the wiring issue in our box and restore power to the problem areas of our house -- in a relatively short period of time -- and the cost of the work was reasonably priced. Based on our positive experience, we would recommend Amplify for any electrical housing repairs. Chris also made a recommendation for another electrical issue he came across concerning one of our outside electrical power boxes, and we will not hesitate to use Amplify for this electrical repair job.

never interacted with this company or experienced their work, however this is the SECOND experience where the same worker in a “dougherty electric” white truck has driven so aggressively down route 55 south just completely tailgating inches from every driver in front of them and switching lanes dangerously while going a min of 90 mph. you represent your company in that truck and that’s unfortunately how i perceive the services. very unprofessional.
