Amazing service! Extremely quick response time and went out of his way to help fix the cover of the light fixture when he was only called to the replace the bulbs. And did the job in under 20 minutes.

Called Linc because we had half our power go out in the middle of thunderstorm and we knew it wasn’t just a regular power outage. Our window for our electrician to arrive was 7-9 pm, and he arrived at 7:15. He was able to diagnose the problem within 15 minutes of being here, and got right to work, on a ladder in front of our house in the middle of the storm. Given the work we needed done, the price was super reasonable!

Tom was gracious, professional, and punctual. He cleaned everything up. I highly recommend At Home and will definitely use Tom again. I called at 4:00 pm and he arrived at 6 for an estimate. Wonderful response time.

I am very satisfied with this company. I highly recommend them. The gentlemen arrived on time. They wore face mask and covering over their feet. Protective covering was placed over the working areas. The work was done in a timely manner and when the work was done everything was working/updated as requested. I've used Gen3 twice now and have been so impressed by the service each time. They seem to really have the logistics down - booking, payment, etc. It's all very smooth and it makes it much easier. They are incredibly considerate about your time. They called to let me know that they'd probably be arriving toward the later half of the two hour window they gave me. Every staff member I worked with was courteous and professional.

1) terrible response to a customer2) this was the 2nd time he missed the appointment. First was for a quote, 2nd was for the actual work. This was two separate appointments in which he wasted our time.3) yes, I am deployed but my girlfriend is at home and would not have been able to coordinate all of this. I provided my name, address, phone number etc. We spoke over the phone and text message. There has been zero issues with communication on my side.4) stop blaming the customer. You messed up, twice. Be a man and admit that you messed up and stop trying to blame someone else for it. You wasted nearly 4 hours of my fiancés time by not calling or showing up to appointments.Didn’t show up for the quote. Gave me a rough estimate and scheduled the following week. Didn’t show up at scheduled time. No response to text message. Contacted me 2 hours later that he was running late.

Rob from Gen3 came out and gave us an estimate. He was great to talk to and very knowledgeable in his approach of the HVAC system application. We def had a good experience with Gen3 and would recommend them to others to come look at their houses for HVAC needs!

Sam explained in detail step by step. He came out the day he said for my business (Rob Nolfi Roofing) and the price was extremely reasonable. I will be using him in the future. I highly recommend him!
