After several months having issues with mom and pop electrical shops and even the national brand Mr.Sparky. These guys came out and fixed my outdoor spot lights within an hour. I asked if they had time to also look at my smart switches that I have been struggling with. Without hesitation they installed all my smart home switches. Now I can turn my lights on and off with just voice commands.

Will definitely use Bison Electric for all future projects.

This is an update of my experience with Passion Electric. Bo called me on the weekend after he saw my review and was very apologetic for not contacting me previously because he did not receive my request for a return call. I felt he was very sincere and disappointed that he was not notified about my call. As I said originally, I was pleased with the quality of the work and after his review of the charge I have confidence in his ethics and concern for his customers. I’m happy to change my original rating to five stars!

I called Passion Electric because of all the 5 star reviews and described my need for repair from a house inspection result. The electricians came and gave me an estimate of $597.55 and approximate 2 hours to complete the job. I thought this rather high, but with my limited knowledge of electrical issues and the need to make the panel safe, I stupidly agreed. They completed the job of rerouting wires and correcting the dryer breaker wiring in 45 minutes. I have no issue with the completed work but rather with the exorbitant price to complete a job with short labor time and few parts.
I called Bo, the owner to discuss my dissatisfaction and left an email but after almost two weeks have not received a return call or email. On the web site, Bo states he is a Christian. As a believer myself, I find it disappointing that Passion's business practices seemingly take advantage of customers' limited knowledge about electrical matters and their desire to be safe instead of completing a job with a reasonable profit and not taking advantage of the situation. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Do as I should have done if you do use them - get a second estimate.

Toby came to my home next day! He was easy to communicate with and was a tech. He removed my NEST smart doorbell and put on the old doorbell. We are moving and had to remove our NEST product. I would highly recommend this company.

Our technician was John Coughran. John was highly professional, knowledgeable and personable. He troubleshoot our residential Generac generator. We were extremely impressed with John’s problem solving results. Our Generac generator is running as it should! Very pleased with John! We highly recommend him!

Brian came to my home on short notice to help me out. Our dining room table wouldn't center under the single light that we had. He helped me measure it out and decide the best location for second fixture. the whole job was completed in less time than I figured. The very small mess was cleaned, and me and my wife couldn't be more satisfied. I highly recommend this company.

Our experience with Performance Electric surpassed any and all expectations. Every time I called, I talked to a real person, who remembered me. We’ve been using Right on Electric for a couple of years now for all our electric needs. They are professional and courteous. They get the job done in a timely manner. You can depend on them for an of your electrical needs.

Tom and his team did an outstanding job at fixing the electrical issues we were having with our pool and waterfall. From having to investigate the old wiring issues, to coming up with a cost-effective and long-term solution for us, he really put effort into our job. Not to mention they spent the entire day there, and into the night, to finish the job for us on time before my son's party! So appreciated and dedicated. We look forward to working with him again in the future, and having someone we can trust to do the job right.

Just had work done by McNatt Electric on my two ceiling fans. After many months of trying to figure out what the issue was, the technician was able to identify the issues after careful troublshooting. Thankfully, it was nothing more than needing to replace the remote batteries or the remote and receiver itself. The house is 11 years old, so it may be due for a change. I was worried it was something big like an electrical wiring problem. I gave a 4-star because the technician arrived late, but at least he called let me know he was on his way. He knows his job very well and did everything in a decent and orderly fashion. So I was very happy with result. Definitely recommended.

I used this company with first American home warranty. It took me a few calls to reach someone to set up an appointment. However, when I did Chuck was very professional, friendly and courteous. We got an appointment set up for the next day. They helped fix two light switches and a plug in under the home warranty. They then helped me with an other electrical issues on my breaker panel, switching out two switches from a 50 to a 30 amp for my AC unit so it would be up to code. The two guys that came out were friendly and professional and got the job done quickly. The price to fix the breaker was very reasonable, all in all I’m am happy with the results.

Probably not my least favorite experience, but close. I haven't received my card...over a month later. Almost no one knew how to charge it. I spent 45 minutes trying to pay.... finally paid with alternative method....needed help loading. Was given attitude. When I got my drywall home, the corners and edges were crumbling...yay! I paid full price for hot garbage that was concealed by the packing. So disappointed.

The bright note was the very cheerful and helpful staff at the rental counter and the customer service gal who finally fixed credit card charge. Next time I will shop ANYWHERE else.

The professionals at ESP go above and beyond. They are amazing people. We are having a generator installed by them. Their prices beat everyone else's. I will remain loyal customer.

Do you like getting talked to crazy but your boss and disrespected on a daily while also being lowly paid then this is the place for you if you like to work some place that isn’t toxic then this isn’t the place for you
