After several months having issues with mom and pop electrical shops and even the national brand Mr.Sparky. These guys came out and fixed my outdoor spot lights within an hour. I asked if they had time to also look at my smart switches that I have been struggling with. Without hesitation they installed all my smart home switches. Now I can turn my lights on and off with just voice commands.

Will definitely use Bison Electric for all future projects.

I'm very glad to have stumbled upon Passion Electric! We had partial power in our home and had another company come out to to do an estimate on site, and they wanted $800 dollars just to do a diagnostic on another day! We called Passion Electric for a second opinion, the tech was friendly and knowledgeable, went into the crawlspaces and diagnosed the damage, and offered a simple and cost-effective solution. Passion Electric came out twice and completed the whole job for less than $700 dollars. Very satisfied with the service.

Toby was very pushy and said he was coming to give me a free estimate. The free estimate cost me $99 and even when I tried to politely let him know we couldn’t afford his estimate he pushed more. I was very uncomfortable and felt I had no choice by the end. I felt he was dishonest about a lot of things he told us and after requesting to talk with several times afterwards he’s done nothing but avoid me. I don’t want anyone else to feel taken advantage of by him.

Ice Storm Oct 2020 we had a huge amount of limbs come down & rip the power line off the back of our house. Called tons of electricians and Joe was the one who called us back. He came right out and looked things over and the very next day Joe and his crew, Riley, Josh, Jacob & TJ came out and repaired our line. They went above and beyond with their work and even helped my husband pull a limb down off our crushed attached(now not attached) back porch. I called Brian to do the electrical install for a new hot tub in my backyard. Brian was very professional and prompt. Due to issues with the hot tub delivery, I had to reschedule several times during the week, but Brian was very patient, understanding, and accommodating to these changes. He even came out on a Saturday morning (with literally hours of notice) to get the final install completed so we could enjoy the hot tub Saturday night. Brian checked back Saturday night to make sure we were all set to go. His communication and professionalism is excellent. He went above and beyond to make sure we understood the process and he genuinely wanted to get us in the hot tub as soon as possible and do it safely. We will definitely be using Blue Spark and Brian for our next electrical project.

Our experience with Performance Electric surpassed any and all expectations. Every time I called, I talked to a real person, who remembered me. Augie and Joe did a great job with installing a ceiling fan and 2 outdoor lighting fixtures!! They did not charge me for an estimate, which was great. They were pleasant and professional, the the price was right!! I would highly recommend them for any lighting or construction needs!!

They did a great job! Even vacuumed my garage before they left. They had the entire job done in 1 day and they hooked my fridge up to a generator until they were done!

Probably not my least favorite experience, but close. I haven't received my card...over a month later. Almost no one knew how to charge it. I spent 45 minutes trying to pay.... finally paid with alternative method....needed help loading. Was given attitude. When I got my drywall home, the corners and edges were crumbling...yay! I paid full price for hot garbage that was concealed by the packing. So disappointed.

The bright note was the very cheerful and helpful staff at the rental counter and the customer service gal who finally fixed credit card charge. Next time I will shop ANYWHERE else.

Had a generator installed by this company. Everything initially was perfect. The crew that installed the generator did an excellent job.

After they left things went down hill! I had to repair a whole in my garage from the new electrical box, that was not covered in the initial sales call. Then I had to manage the inspectors to check the work and the gas company to complete the process.

I was told the owner was going to call me concerning an add for a free serge protecter that I had just paid $350.00 for!

He never called ……. Several times I called with questions and left a message, and never received a call back!

This company took my money and completely disappeared from sight.

Your process is broken, and so is my confidence in your company.
