After several months having issues with mom and pop electrical shops and even the national brand Mr.Sparky. These guys came out and fixed my outdoor spot lights within an hour. I asked if they had time to also look at my smart switches that I have been struggling with. Without hesitation they installed all my smart home switches. Now I can turn my lights on and off with just voice commands.

Will definitely use Bison Electric for all future projects.

Toby's quote was about 20% less but the quality of work was excellent. I needed a big change with my old horse barn and hot water heaters and I am clueless about electricity. I just plug things in or flip a switch Toby was the third estimate I was quoted. Additionally Toby took the time to listen to my needs and wants then he explained (more than once even drawing me a picture) what he could accomplish. He was honest, knowledgeable and respectful. When I showed the estimate and picture to my husband , he stated Toby knew his stuff and approved the expenditure. We have already asked Toby to put us on schedule for another project.

I ripped out our inefficient gas burning fireplace so we could install a wood burning stove. Joe did a great job at re-running the coax through the studs and rewiring the receptacles. Got done in less time than expected. Definitely recommend Grider Electric.

A joke. Don’t use! Robert was worthless and a total mess. Treated me pourly. Dumb woman attitude. Don’t know what he was on, but it was horrible for me and his business. 2008 ? His guys would come out, get called away to a non remodel job, And I would be charged for a service call, the time setting up and the take down,
but nothing done. When they were here, a lot of stuff done poorly or not completed. Several years ago my electrical stuff started going bad, burning wires, sizzling, bulbs burning out, etc. The new electricians pointed out Baxters failures. I don’t want him back in my home! I’m looking for some new guys. And no I’m not hard to work for as long as it’s done correctly!

We live in rural Oklahoma where our electric power is unreliable in stormy weather. We are both retirees and reliability and simplicity are both critical. We knew we wanted a Generac based system and were considering between a big box home center, a local electrician and Generator Supercenter. Thankfully, we selected Generator Supercenter. They were extremely helpful presenting alternatives, kept their commitments, quickly resolved a couple of start-up / installation issues, offered some very attractive ongoing support alternatives and were pleasant and available to interact with. If you are considering a whole house generator, it is because power continuity is critical to you. Generator Supercenter has demonstrated they are competent, committed and reliable. I'd choose them again without reservation.

A great service from technician Brody. Came out on an after hours call and quickly fix my failed fuse from the storm. This company has helped me out several times.

Unprofessional! Needed Jacuzzi hooked up for my disabled wife left my house with damaged walls and lots of electrical problems. Blocked my phone number won't come back to fix. Beware! Not good.

Probably not my least favorite experience, but close. I haven't received my card...over a month later. Almost no one knew how to charge it. I spent 45 minutes trying to pay.... finally paid with alternative method....needed help loading. Was given attitude. When I got my drywall home, the corners and edges were crumbling...yay! I paid full price for hot garbage that was concealed by the packing. So disappointed.

The bright note was the very cheerful and helpful staff at the rental counter and the customer service gal who finally fixed credit card charge. Next time I will shop ANYWHERE else.

They came to my house in order to “give me a quote” but I never heard back from them even after I followed up with them asking when I could expect a quote.
Seems super unprofessional and disrespectful to come into someone’s home and not even give a quote.

I've had 3 encounters with Faith Electric and all have had to do with home generators. The first was great, we had just bought a house with a whole-home generator and I had them come out to change the oil and show me the ins and outs of the system. The tech was great in explaining everything. A year later I had them come out to change the oil again but I wasn't there for a before-agreed-upon price, something like $40. The tech proceeded to without authorization from me change out the air filter and oil filter and I got a bill for $240. When I called the tech and the office they would not work with me and I paid the bill after vowing to never do business with them again. Fast forward, just bought a house in Edmond with a generator which is running flawlessly. Got a notice on the door from Faith that we needed to do yearly preventative maintenance; I went out to the generator (I check it weekly) and the diagnostic screen said the battery was bad. I checked the battery (full charge) and reset the warning light. It's still running weekly and testing out fine. Interesting that the warning light came on right after they checked my generator...I know lots of reviewers have had excellent service from this company but my experience has been less than satisfactory.
