Best Surge Protection Systems in Oklahoma City OK

I’ve used them for a few jobs but will now switch to someone else. The first job was installing lights and everything went great even though they were short handed on techs. Bo was very personable and did the job as promised. Second time I had outlets installed on my awning. They did not install the outlets to the original layout, and they left slivers of metal from the awning being drilled all over the patio. I contacted Bo and he came out and corrected the issues and cleaned up the metal. I suggested they got a rolling magnet for their trucks for jobs like this. Figured it was a lesson learned for the business and would use them again. I hired them a third time for a hottub. Job went well until again the metal slivers left on the concrete. Sweeping does not pick up the slivers, a magnet has to be used. They said they did not have that equipment and they thought they got it good enough. I have kids and pets that get the metal stuck in their feet, so I had to invest in a rolling magnet (you can get them at Home Depot) to make sure the metal was picked up. Today (Friday)I had a shed installed and a breaker was tripped. The breaker needed to be replaced, I had no electricity in part of my house. I called them and they were not able to come out same day. And wanted me to wait until Monday. I know I haven’t spent the most with this business but I have spent a lot and have been loyal to using them. But that means nothing when your in a tight spot. Between not adding a cheap simple tool to their trucks and not having the means for urgent calls Unfortunately they have lost future business . Bliss was able to come out right away and have the breaker replaced in 15 minutes! Yes they were here for less than 20 mins but passion couldn’t make that time for me.
Update: I had them run the electrical for my shed including upgrading the power supply to the house, new breaker box for the house, and breaker box for the shed. This project was a 2 day task with two guys. It wasn’t easy or cheap but Bo really worked with us on everything. The installation went pretty good besides the tech trying to poach future business and having less than positive attitude about his employer but over all it was a good experience. Fast forward several months, our microwave starts acting funny, flashing, shorting out. We ended up replacing a fuse in it thinking it was just a cheap off brand microwave. We later learned that the microwave which is also on the same circuit as the oven was shorting because of the common wire in the breaker box wasn’t tighten down and arcing causing it to short out. So glad we were able to figure it out on our own before the house burned down. My husband was able to fix it and he went through all of them to make sure they were tight so we don’t have the problem in the future.

Prompt response, fair price and quality individuals/workmanship. They’ve helped add a dedicated line and outlet for an EV and another dedicated line to a guest bedroom. Even with a very minor issue arose during the installation, Joe arranged for it to get fixed. I’ve dealt with Heather throughout all my projects and she does a fantastic job communicating and keep you up to date with everything. Will definitely be utilizing them for any future electrical work and would highly recommend!

Roger & Brandon replaced four inside lighting fixtures with a light that showcases our fireworks, recommended by Roger! They also installed three new lighting fixtures/switch under a new outdoor awning structure at our TNT Fireworks City Supercenter located at Hwy 152 & County Line Rd., Mustang. Stephanie is the sweetest, most patient employee who helped with scheduling, billing and answering many questions. She also provided needed vendor information; all without complaint and expeditiously. Roger, (a very comical, knowledgeable electrician suggested we apply for an OG&E rebate, which we did, and obtained) and Brandon, (a very polite young man/electrician) performed both jobs professionally and kept us up-to-date on their progress throughout the job. Richard & Bill were able to come out within 24 hours after we called. We had a general inquiry about our electrical panel and if it could be the cause of our new A/C unit compressor going out. Turns out, we have the blacklisted, Federal Pacific, panel. Richard was very knowledgeable when explaining our options to us. Bill even called an HVAC guy to get some more info for us on what the possibilities could be with the panel, compressor, and disconnect box. As a realtor, they are definitely a company I’d recommend to my clients. Knowledgeable, professional, kind, and timely!

We really lucked out finding Justin with Ketcham Trade Services! He is an honest, reliable, and skilled Electrician that looks after the customer's best interests. Picking people to come into your home can be risky and he was very professional and easy to work with. Just had work done by McNatt Electric on my two ceiling fans. After many months of trying to figure out what the issue was, the technician was able to identify the issues after careful troublshooting. Thankfully, it was nothing more than needing to replace the remote batteries or the remote and receiver itself. The house is 11 years old, so it may be due for a change. I was worried it was something big like an electrical wiring problem. I gave a 4-star because the technician arrived late, but at least he called let me know he was on his way. He knows his job very well and did everything in a decent and orderly fashion. So I was very happy with result. Definitely recommended.

Went through my whole house told me entirely everything that was wrong all the way to a lightbulb being out and all I wanted was a doorbell put in I think my quote was $3,000 all I wanted was a doorbell wow I just wish they could have come out and fix the doorbell it cost me $29 for the service call or $25 whatever it was but I just wish all he had to do is replace a transformer and fix and the doorbell where to work but instead of making $50 on a transformer he wanted that 3,000 I don't think that's fair now we're in the den we cannot hear nobody knock at our door the doorbell still don't work and I don't understand why he just couldn't come out what I called for I called to say hey I need a transformer replace front doorbell and now I don't even have a doorbell everybody is knocking and I can't even hear it I just wish he would have replaced the transformer what I called you people for it's too sad too bad have a good day very disgusted customer

Had my electric panel upgraded. A bit pricey but great service from Josh and Alex. Still waiting to hear back from the company on getting my drywall repaired where they had to cut space for a new panel.

They claimed that my entire electrical system wasn't to code, shouldn't have passed inspection and needed to be replaced.
My house doesn't meet current codes, but it was to code when it was built, as such it's grandfathered in.
They tried to get me to replace everything for $10,000. I got a second opinion and had the real problem fixed for $300
