I had a great experience with KTS after the October 2020 ice storm. We needed a connection pole and weather head replaced before our power could be restored. KTS was very responsive to my many texts about expected timeframe. Justin was able to come out, assess the situation, and fix the issue on the spot! He and his team were very professional and explained each stage of the repair. Once the power was restored on my street, everything that Justin repaired worked great. We are very pleased with KTS's service and will call again if future repairs or electrical projects are needed.
We really lucked out finding Justin with Ketcham Trade Services! He is an honest, reliable, and skilled Electrician that looks after the customer's best interests. Picking people to come into your home can be risky and he was very professional and easy to work with. I am totally satisfied with the quality and cost of his work and will call him first for any future electrical jobs. I 100% recommend him for any electrical job you might have!

Justin came in and was able to quickly identify the issue at our house and get it fixed. I also had some light switches i needed changed and he was able to get that done for me as well. I will use them for any home services i have in the future. Life time customer with me.
