After several months having issues with mom and pop electrical shops and even the national brand Mr.Sparky. These guys came out and fixed my outdoor spot lights within an hour. I asked if they had time to also look at my smart switches that I have been struggling with. Without hesitation they installed all my smart home switches. Now I can turn my lights on and off with just voice commands.

Will definitely use Bison Electric for all future projects.

Toby responded to my call within minutes on a Saturday. My pool pump electrical outlet had to be replaced and the wiring redone. He had to crawl under a muddy deck to install the conduit. It was hot and muggy. The job was completed within a couple of hours and the pump was up and running. Great job, Toby!

Made my problems electrical problem disappear. I attempted to wire a complicated switch in my home by myself. That didn't go well. Blue Sky Electric is a service company with integrity. Our HVAC company referred us to them on a hot summer day. We were having an issue with one of our HVAC units and Blue Sky came over promptly to resolve the problem. I was so impressed with their knowledge and skill I invited them back for a different project. They completed the job correctly, with efficiency and at a very reasonable price. Our AC unit stopped work on a Saturday afternoon. I called Terry’s because they had serviced my units before. Even though it was the weekend I got a quick answer and set up a time for a technician to come out. Within 5 minutes of getting off the phone with the office the tech Jay called me. Gave me an estimate time of arrival. Called me back 30 minutes later and had a cancellation so was on his way. Jay was quick to Service and explain the situation. I appreciate Jay for his help and Terry’s for their service.

Unprofessional! Needed Jacuzzi hooked up for my disabled wife left my house with damaged walls and lots of electrical problems. Blocked my phone number won't come back to fix. Beware! Not good.

I needed the receiver replaced on my ceiling fan. I could not locate the remote so he said he couldn’t check it to prove me right. I was using my home warranty to cover this. He took my hundred dollars as my co-pay and I never heard from him again. I was able to get a hold of him two weeks later and I found out he had closed the case without ever even contacting me. I ordered the receiver myself and I just needed it installed. So he got paid for nothing and I had a friend install it. Would not recommend this company. Does not return phone calls or correspondence.

They came to my house in order to “give me a quote” but I never heard back from them even after I followed up with them asking when I could expect a quote.
Seems super unprofessional and disrespectful to come into someone’s home and not even give a quote.

What a reliable and professional company to do business with! Their customer service is A+!! We appreciated Michael D. and his willingness to come after hours to help us with our water leak. Every time we have had an emergency, they have always had someone to talk with 24/7 and someone to come out asap. Cannot say enough good things about Drabek and Hill/Mr. Comfort.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! If I could give zero stars, I would. We called Harris electric to get a quote on rewiring some outlets for a kitchen remodel. He said he charges $80/hour for the work. Great! A guy and his son came by to work on the house the next day. They were nice people while they were here, and the son joked that he “didn’t even work for the company” and that he “didn’t know what he was doing” so it appeared he was there for an extra hand/maybe to learn the trade from his dad. We were invoiced $435 for 3 hours of work, and my husband paid it without looking carefully at the itemized receipt (our biggest mistake). After realizing he charged us $130/hour as opposed to the $80/hour that we agreed on, we called Gary (the owner) to ask for our $150 back as we were told it would be $50 less per hour than we were charged. He immediately became loud and rude saying that we were paying $80 PER MAN (which was never told to us) and that he was actually giving us A DEAL by only charging us $50 for the second man (ha!). Remember, the second man being the son who apparently didn’t actually work there or know what he was doing. AND to top it all off, they did the job incorrectly so we had to spend the next day rewiring their work so we could actually have power to the outlets needed. We’ve called Gary multiple times asking for our money back, and each time he’s cussed and yelled at us and ends the conversation with hanging up on us. Save your money, time, and sanity by going with literally any other electrician you can find.
