After several months having issues with mom and pop electrical shops and even the national brand Mr.Sparky. These guys came out and fixed my outdoor spot lights within an hour. I asked if they had time to also look at my smart switches that I have been struggling with. Without hesitation they installed all my smart home switches. Now I can turn my lights on and off with just voice commands.

Will definitely use Bison Electric for all future projects.

Toby was very pushy and said he was coming to give me a free estimate. The free estimate cost me $99 and even when I tried to politely let him know we couldn’t afford his estimate he pushed more. I was very uncomfortable and felt I had no choice by the end. I felt he was dishonest about a lot of things he told us and after requesting to talk with several times afterwards he’s done nothing but avoid me. I don’t want anyone else to feel taken advantage of by him.

Professional, kind, and kept us informed of the process. My husband is extremely picky with quality, professionalism, and business practices. He has said several times how great they were to work with and the quality of their work. We had them replace a ceiling fan with 6 recessed lights and an outlet on the ceiling for a projector instead of us having a tv.

Brian did a fantastic job with what we hired him for. He took his time but was very efficient. Every time I tried to go cheap on something he would take the time to make for sure I understood the tradeoff. He seems genuinely concerned about service after the sale as well. Overall, I highly recommend and will give him a call the next time I have an electrical need.

Tom and his team did an outstanding job at fixing the electrical issues we were having with our pool and waterfall. From having to investigate the old wiring issues, to coming up with a cost-effective and long-term solution for us, he really put effort into our job. Not to mention they spent the entire day there, and into the night, to finish the job for us on time before my son's party! So appreciated and dedicated. Blue Sky Electric is a service company with integrity. Our HVAC company referred us to them on a hot summer day. We were having an issue with one of our HVAC units and Blue Sky came over promptly to resolve the problem. I was so impressed with their knowledge and skill I invited them back for a different project. They completed the job correctly, with efficiency and at a very reasonable price. It's hard to know where to go when you don't use a service very often. This company was Tesla certified and was able to coordinate installation shortly after the charger was delivered. They arrived on time gave us confidence it was done correctly.

Just had work done by McNatt Electric on my two ceiling fans. After many months of trying to figure out what the issue was, the technician was able to identify the issues after careful troublshooting. Thankfully, it was nothing more than needing to replace the remote batteries or the remote and receiver itself. The house is 11 years old, so it may be due for a change. I was worried it was something big like an electrical wiring problem. I gave a 4-star because the technician arrived late, but at least he called let me know he was on his way. He knows his job very well and did everything in a decent and orderly fashion. So I was very happy with result. Definitely recommended.

I used this company with first American home warranty. It took me a few calls to reach someone to set up an appointment. However, when I did Chuck was very professional, friendly and courteous. We got an appointment set up for the next day. They helped fix two light switches and a plug in under the home warranty. They then helped me with an other electrical issues on my breaker panel, switching out two switches from a 50 to a 30 amp for my AC unit so it would be up to code. The two guys that came out were friendly and professional and got the job done quickly. The price to fix the breaker was very reasonable, all in all I’m am happy with the results.

The professionals at ESP go above and beyond. They are amazing people. We are having a generator installed by them. Their prices beat everyone else's. I will remain loyal customer.

Faith did a good job installing a generator. After that, I endured several years of frustration with them servicing my generator. I would call and leave messages and go weeks before getting a call back. Technicians were difficult to get scheduled. It was a hassle. I found someone else to service the unit and was happy with them. During the recent ice storm my regular service provider wasn't able to help. When I called Faith, a man answered the phone and began telling me that the problem presenting itself was all my fault, that I should call the other people back. I stopped him and said bluntly do you want to come out and work on this generator or not? That was met with him arguing with me and being rude. I'm done with Faith. Their customer service skills are ridiculously poor and I will never put myself through the frustration of having to call and beg for someone to come out to my house again.
