After several months having issues with mom and pop electrical shops and even the national brand Mr.Sparky. These guys came out and fixed my outdoor spot lights within an hour. I asked if they had time to also look at my smart switches that I have been struggling with. Without hesitation they installed all my smart home switches. Now I can turn my lights on and off with just voice commands.

Will definitely use Bison Electric for all future projects.

Toby's quote was about 20% less but the quality of work was excellent. I needed a big change with my old horse barn and hot water heaters and I am clueless about electricity. I just plug things in or flip a switch Toby was the third estimate I was quoted. Additionally Toby took the time to listen to my needs and wants then he explained (more than once even drawing me a picture) what he could accomplish. He was honest, knowledgeable and respectful. When I showed the estimate and picture to my husband , he stated Toby knew his stuff and approved the expenditure. We have already asked Toby to put us on schedule for another project.

Joe was patient, pleasant, professional, and very helpful on all aspects of our new home.

Brett and Michael did an fantastic job with installing my ceiling fan! They were very knowledgeable and professional. Balancing a fan can be tedious work, and they stayed until my fan was no longer showing signs of being unbalanced. Brian did a fantastic job with what we hired him for. He took his time but was very efficient. Every time I tried to go cheap on something he would take the time to make for sure I understood the tradeoff. He seems genuinely concerned about service after the sale as well. Overall, I highly recommend and will give him a call the next time I have an electrical need.

We worked with Rebeca to help us with getting quote. Our breaker box burned out on a Saturday. Rebecca listened to our issues and asked for pictures so she can get a quote for the fix by Monday morning. She was very helpful. Respectful, high quality and good attitude!

We had an electrical fire that revealed many problems with our old wiring and Blue Sky was hired to completely re-wire the property. Stefan and Tucker showed up everyday on time and in good spirits to handle this daunting task. They were very kind and respectful and were a pleasure to have on the job! Since the job was done we’ve have no issues and everything is now up to date and working great. Thanks also to Nick and the owner for coming out and inspecting and assuring us!

Joe was absolutely amazing, he did an amazing job. He was very quick and thorough. He gave a great price, then a discount on top because I am a social worker. He also fixed me heat free of charge. Recommended through someone else in the neighborhood. Guys did a great job. Communication before the visit allowed me enough of a window to expect their arrival. Found the issue fairly quick, although it caused me not to really need their services. However, they were able to suggest alternatives and offered to help once we took care dog the other problem. They are a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for.

Very knowledgeable i think they live for electrical work.

Unprofessional! Needed Jacuzzi hooked up for my disabled wife left my house with damaged walls and lots of electrical problems. Blocked my phone number won't come back to fix. Beware! Not good.

Probably not my least favorite experience, but close. I haven't received my card...over a month later. Almost no one knew how to charge it. I spent 45 minutes trying to pay.... finally paid with alternative method....needed help loading. Was given attitude. When I got my drywall home, the corners and edges were crumbling...yay! I paid full price for hot garbage that was concealed by the packing. So disappointed.

The bright note was the very cheerful and helpful staff at the rental counter and the customer service gal who finally fixed credit card charge. Next time I will shop ANYWHERE else.

Faith did a good job installing a generator. After that, I endured several years of frustration with them servicing my generator. I would call and leave messages and go weeks before getting a call back. Technicians were difficult to get scheduled. It was a hassle. I found someone else to service the unit and was happy with them. During the recent ice storm my regular service provider wasn't able to help. When I called Faith, a man answered the phone and began telling me that the problem presenting itself was all my fault, that I should call the other people back. I stopped him and said bluntly do you want to come out and work on this generator or not? That was met with him arguing with me and being rude. I'm done with Faith. Their customer service skills are ridiculously poor and I will never put myself through the frustration of having to call and beg for someone to come out to my house again.
