After several months having issues with mom and pop electrical shops and even the national brand Mr.Sparky. These guys came out and fixed my outdoor spot lights within an hour. I asked if they had time to also look at my smart switches that I have been struggling with. Without hesitation they installed all my smart home switches. Now I can turn my lights on and off with just voice commands.

Will definitely use Bison Electric for all future projects.

Spoke with Bo on the phone. He was really friendly, informative, and upfront about what their rates are and how they charge. Daine came to my place. He was also very friendly. Although I had a relatively simple job of replacing a light switch, he did so very quickly and professionally. He didn't mind that I watched him. He didn't leave a mess. They have a free warranty on their work as well, which is really nice. Their prices are great. They send you a text before they arrive and even let you track where the technician is. It was surprisingly accurate. I would definitely use them again!

He was called out by our rental management company when our electric went out in three rooms of our house. Our management company tried to deny allowing him to completely fix the problem and rather than just leaving, he fought with them to make sure he could. He got it done and got it done right! Robert Baxter and his team did a wonderful job replacing 7 light fixtures in my home. Ranging from medium to large and including three (6) foot crystal chandeliers--I am amazed at the job they did in about a day and a half. We had a great experience with Fitzgerald Electrical Services. They were quick, professional, diligent and respectful. Electrician Keith came out to our house to fix two outlets. He discovered that when the house was built the proper wiring was not done and worked hard to correct the issue. In addition, I appreciated that the owner called to let us know ASAP, when the original service time had to be moved. I highly recommend this company.

Blue Sky Electric is a service company with integrity. Our HVAC company referred us to them on a hot summer day. We were having an issue with one of our HVAC units and Blue Sky came over promptly to resolve the problem. I was so impressed with their knowledge and skill I invited them back for a different project. They completed the job correctly, with efficiency and at a very reasonable price. Do NOT honer their Responsibility of their mistakes and will only care take your money and not refund even they know they did something wrong. Avoiding answer because they can not standard for self and avoid answer and taking responsibilities. if you do not believe me give them a try. More and more reviews can show up here.

They came to my house in order to “give me a quote” but I never heard back from them even after I followed up with them asking when I could expect a quote.
Seems super unprofessional and disrespectful to come into someone’s home and not even give a quote.

My mother has Dementia, I specifically authorized a hot water heater installation and a new shutoff valve to the house. Instead they sold her on some bogus part on the shower. I wish I could give more info on the part and what it was but they will never answer my questions when I call. they always claim they will get with the plumber who went there but never do.

Do not trust them. They up sale to people who cant make decisions for themselves and I specifically told them of her condition and what she and my father are capable of doing on their own. They did an excellent install but the fact they charged us 300 + on a part and installation that was not authorized was totally unacceptable.

They charged us 2400+ on a hot water heater install as well. Which is above the others I got quoted but because we had done business before I decided to spend extra money. NEVER AGAIN unless they rectify this.

Faith did a good job installing a generator. After that, I endured several years of frustration with them servicing my generator. I would call and leave messages and go weeks before getting a call back. Technicians were difficult to get scheduled. It was a hassle. I found someone else to service the unit and was happy with them. During the recent ice storm my regular service provider wasn't able to help. When I called Faith, a man answered the phone and began telling me that the problem presenting itself was all my fault, that I should call the other people back. I stopped him and said bluntly do you want to come out and work on this generator or not? That was met with him arguing with me and being rude. I'm done with Faith. Their customer service skills are ridiculously poor and I will never put myself through the frustration of having to call and beg for someone to come out to my house again.

Never returned my call.
