After several months having issues with mom and pop electrical shops and even the national brand Mr.Sparky. These guys came out and fixed my outdoor spot lights within an hour. I asked if they had time to also look at my smart switches that I have been struggling with. Without hesitation they installed all my smart home switches. Now I can turn my lights on and off with just voice commands.

I would rate Passion Electric with a 10, but the scale only goes to 5. All these folks, including office manager, technicians, and business owner, are top notch trades people; actually among the best I have encountered. Their reliability, responsiveness, quality in workmanship, and their work ethic are above expectation. In particular, Shevon Blair is a very industrious and compassionate person and I don't have a single reservation about his work. He's one of a few good man. In fact, I believe he will be doing great things in his life.

Toby was prompt to respond and gave me a clear break down of the issues needing to be fixed. He was able to arrive at my house within an hour of calling & fix the issue that day.

Brett and Michael did an fantastic job with installing my ceiling fan! They were very knowledgeable and professional. Balancing a fan can be tedious work, and they stayed until my fan was no longer showing signs of being unbalanced. Had a generator installed by this company. Everything initially was perfect. The crew that installed the generator did an excellent job.

After they left things went down hill! I had to repair a whole in my garage from the new electrical box, that was not covered in the initial sales call. Then I had to manage the inspectors to check the work and the gas company to complete the process.

I was told the owner was going to call me concerning an add for a free serge protecter that I had just paid $350.00 for!

He never called ……. Several times I called with questions and left a message, and never received a call back!

This company took my money and completely disappeared from sight.

Your process is broken, and so is my confidence in your company.
