And most importantly, he was very willing to work WITH me on coming up with the plan, explaining different options and the pros and cons of each. Scheduled an appointment for someone to come by re: insulation for my trailer. ( Under the trailer) I called them! Then it was told to me that they don't insulate trailers... Why didn't they just tell me! OR,,,, call for the cancellation!? Big butt heads!!! 😃

Above and Beyond showed up at the time that they indicated. Michia was my tech and he was outstanding and fixed my problem quickly. He did give some options regarding upgrades as my plumbing is original to the house, and it was greatly appreciated. He took the time to explain these options. I plan to use Above and Beyond for all my HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical needs going forward.

Probably not my least favorite experience, but close. I haven't received my card...over a month later. Almost no one knew how to charge it. I spent 45 minutes trying to pay.... finally paid with alternative method....needed help loading. Was given attitude. When I got my drywall home, the corners and edges were crumbling...yay! I paid full price for hot garbage that was concealed by the packing. So disappointed.

The bright note was the very cheerful and helpful staff at the rental counter and the customer service gal who finally fixed credit card charge. Next time I will shop ANYWHERE else.

My mother has Dementia, I specifically authorized a hot water heater installation and a new shutoff valve to the house. Instead they sold her on some bogus part on the shower. I wish I could give more info on the part and what it was but they will never answer my questions when I call. they always claim they will get with the plumber who went there but never do.

Do not trust them. They up sale to people who cant make decisions for themselves and I specifically told them of her condition and what she and my father are capable of doing on their own. They did an excellent install but the fact they charged us 300 + on a part and installation that was not authorized was totally unacceptable.

They charged us 2400+ on a hot water heater install as well. Which is above the others I got quoted but because we had done business before I decided to spend extra money. NEVER AGAIN unless they rectify this.

Customer service was great I was in need of service and they got a service tech out to me in less than an hour after my call.

It required two Trips on two consecutive days, I thought it might before I even called. Both technicians were clean, respectful, and professional. They did a good job quickly. I appreciate the effort and I will keep the company contact info for future work.

As always nothing good comes from home Depot except heartache and disappointment

We originally hired them to install new LEDs for our bar. We had a high powered fan switch break on Monday while waiting for their services, I called and they just added it to the order the day of and were able to get our fan back up and running before the weekend. Sergio and Lee were both very helpful and professional. Sergio and Lee were very friendly and able to quickly service our problem and get us back up and operating with little wait time. We will be using them in the future for electrical needs.

I have talked to a few local carpet stores and have been less than impressed. Just talked to Todd in carpeting here at Home Depot and he was so helpful answering all my questions. I will probably be back to use their services be cause of Todd's great customer service.
