Best HVAC Maintenance in Oklahoma City OK

Robert Baxter and his team ran electrical for an outdoor hot tub and TV for me. They worked very hard to not only make sure that everything was done right and safe, but also to make sure everything looked great when they were done. They were prompt, professional, and I can't say enough good things about the work they did. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a great electrician. Robert really knows his stuff!

Lisetta was her name I believe very sweet lady at the front. She helped us find our specific GE water filter in no time. I can always count on this location to have top notch employees that really care. Thank you all and I will definitely recommend this particular location from now on!

Our AC upstairs stopped working last night. We have family from France arriving for a visit this week, and I was desperate to get it working. Our wonderful realtor, Matt Berry, recommended Terry's American. One phone call and we were on the schedule same day. The problem was quickly identified and the new part installed. Jay went above and beyond, catching a failing part in the downstairs unit, as well. We will definitely be calling this company again.

Scheduled an appointment for someone to come by re: insulation for my trailer. ( Under the trailer) I called them! Then it was told to me that they don't insulate trailers... Why didn't they just tell me! OR,,,, call for the cancellation!? Big butt heads!!! 😃
That's okay. Found another. Expensive to do! Not common to get this done!

Probably not my least favorite experience, but close. I haven't received my card...over a month later. Almost no one knew how to charge it. I spent 45 minutes trying to pay.... finally paid with alternative method....needed help loading. Was given attitude. When I got my drywall home, the corners and edges were crumbling...yay! I paid full price for hot garbage that was concealed by the packing. So disappointed.

The bright note was the very cheerful and helpful staff at the rental counter and the customer service gal who finally fixed credit card charge. Next time I will shop ANYWHERE else.

My mother has Dementia, I specifically authorized a hot water heater installation and a new shutoff valve to the house. Instead they sold her on some bogus part on the shower. I wish I could give more info on the part and what it was but they will never answer my questions when I call. they always claim they will get with the plumber who went there but never do.

Do not trust them. They up sale to people who cant make decisions for themselves and I specifically told them of her condition and what she and my father are capable of doing on their own. They did an excellent install but the fact they charged us 300 + on a part and installation that was not authorized was totally unacceptable.

They charged us 2400+ on a hot water heater install as well. Which is above the others I got quoted but because we had done business before I decided to spend extra money. NEVER AGAIN unless they rectify this.

May be good at what they do but not at driving. Block the fast lane where nobody can get around them while talking on the phone and texting while driving.

Highly recommend, I called a nice lovely lady answered, explained my issues she answered my questions was able to get me in the same day!!! Followed up by Roger he came out had me back up and operating my equipment, he was very informative and answered my questions and concerns. A company worth saving in my contacts!!!

I had Barnett come out for some touch up work and they are very professional! One guy, Bradley, stuck out to me he was quite respectful and informative when I had a question! I would recommend and will be calling them when I need any other electrical work done!
