We’ve had them come out twice to repair some outlets and switches and troubleshoot some issues we were having with our older home. They were on time, knowledgeable. Reasonable price for their expertise. I’d definitely use them again and recommend to others.

Lisetta was her name I believe very sweet lady at the front. She helped us find our specific GE water filter in no time. I can always count on this location to have top notch employees that really care. Thank you all and I will definitely recommend this particular location from now on!

Our AC unit stopped work on a Saturday afternoon. I called Terry’s because they had serviced my units before. Even though it was the weekend I got a quick answer and set up a time for a technician to come out. Within 5 minutes of getting off the phone with the office the tech Jay called me. Gave me an estimate time of arrival. Called me back 30 minutes later and had a cancellation so was on his way. Jay was quick to Service and explain the situation. I appreciate Jay for his help and Terry’s for their service.

Scheduled an appointment for someone to come by re: insulation for my trailer. ( Under the trailer) I called them! Then it was told to me that they don't insulate trailers... Why didn't they just tell me! OR,,,, call for the cancellation!? Big butt heads!!! 😃
That's okay. Found another. Expensive to do! Not common to get this done!

Justin and Brady were AWESOME! They were on time for coming out to give us a quote and then early on the day of service. Very professional, cleaned up after themselves (which I can't say any other recent trades I've had in my home), and affordable. I asked them to come back after the service was complete to help me with a minor adjustment and they showed up promptly and were able to help me in less than 5 minutes. I would HIGHLY recommend them for your electrical needs. You won't be disappointed.

Good selection on a number of clearance items today, Presidents Day. Soaker hoses 100' regularly priced $22.95:were $5.00 Miracle Grow brand. Other items with similar discounts. Just never know what is discounted and varies at each store.

My mother has Dementia, I specifically authorized a hot water heater installation and a new shutoff valve to the house. Instead they sold her on some bogus part on the shower. I wish I could give more info on the part and what it was but they will never answer my questions when I call. they always claim they will get with the plumber who went there but never do.

Do not trust them. They up sale to people who cant make decisions for themselves and I specifically told them of her condition and what she and my father are capable of doing on their own. They did an excellent install but the fact they charged us 300 + on a part and installation that was not authorized was totally unacceptable.

They charged us 2400+ on a hot water heater install as well. Which is above the others I got quoted but because we had done business before I decided to spend extra money. NEVER AGAIN unless they rectify this.

My parents have lived in their home for over 65 years so after a recent visit I discovered some electrical work that needed to be done. Since I do not live in OKC I needed to find an electrical contractor that could go into my parents house and get the job done. I Googled Electrican OKC and found Alliance Services. I called to setup an appointment and Alliance Services delivered from the start. The staff was friendly and knowledgable and the service team showed up on time. I will definitely use Alliance Services again and will recommend them to my friends and family.

Had to find someone to tell us where to find what we needed. Found it. Don't like having to hunt someone up just to get help. No one asks you anymore.

We used Barnett for repairs in 2007 ice storm and loved them. The company has really grown since then! They guarantee their work and are very professional. I got an estimate before work began and they kept me informed all during the repair service.

I have talked to a few local carpet stores and have been less than impressed. Just talked to Todd in carpeting here at Home Depot and he was so helpful answering all my questions. I will probably be back to use their services be cause of Todd's great customer service.
