After several months having issues with mom and pop electrical shops and even the national brand Mr.Sparky. These guys came out and fixed my outdoor spot lights within an hour. I asked if they had time to also look at my smart switches that I have been struggling with. Without hesitation they installed all my smart home switches. Now I can turn my lights on and off with just voice commands.

Will definitely use Bison Electric for all future projects.

This place is awesome! I had one day off and after calling several other well know electric companies in the Moore area who were a tad bit rude and told me they couldn’t come out and do a same day service but that they would love to come on Saturday and charge me for OT service! So then i ran across the number and I called Passion Electric and they were so nice to me and explained that they had a full day already scheduled but if they had any changes they would get back to me. Well , they called me back 20 minutes after our first call and they had a customer cancel and they said they could come right over and get me taken care of. Being a woman and at home alone I was worried about men coming over to work but I needed the work done desperately. Shevon Blair called me and let me know he was at my home and I couldn’t have asked for a better electrician to come and do the work for me . He was awesome and very polite and explained everything to me so that I would understand what he needed to do. The price for the work was great and a lot cheaper than what Bliss Electric quoted me for the same job. I will recommend. Passion Electric to all my friends and close family! We live in rural Oklahoma where our electric power is unreliable in stormy weather. We are both retirees and reliability and simplicity are both critical. We knew we wanted a Generac based system and were considering between a big box home center, a local electrician and Generator Supercenter. Thankfully, we selected Generator Supercenter. They were extremely helpful presenting alternatives, kept their commitments, quickly resolved a couple of start-up / installation issues, offered some very attractive ongoing support alternatives and were pleasant and available to interact with. If you are considering a whole house generator, it is because power continuity is critical to you. Generator Supercenter has demonstrated they are competent, committed and reliable. I'd choose them again without reservation.

Brian did a fantastic job with what we hired him for. He took his time but was very efficient. Every time I tried to go cheap on something he would take the time to make for sure I understood the tradeoff. He seems genuinely concerned about service after the sale as well. Overall, I highly recommend and will give him a call the next time I have an electrical need.

Our experience with Performance Electric surpassed any and all expectations. Every time I called, I talked to a real person, who remembered me. Do NOT honer their Responsibility of their mistakes and will only care take your money and not refund even they know they did something wrong. Avoiding answer because they can not standard for self and avoid answer and taking responsibilities. if you do not believe me give them a try. More and more reviews can show up here.

UPDATE after the second claim visit and I'm pleased. The same two older gentlemen came out and completed the work on some floor outlets. My husband arrived home before they were finished so he asked again if they would look at the other work he's needing done and provide him with a quote. They did look at it and talk it over for a few minutes but still no response or quote for the work. Needless to say... My husband is pretty irritated. Strange that you can't seem to get them to want to do what would probably be a much better paying job than what they've done so far through our home warranty company. Oh well. Their loss of the business I suppose.

After so many horrible experiences with our previous home warranty carrier and their contractors, I finally found and went with another company and this job was the first claim we made with First American Home Warranty. The work order was immediately sent and we waited the recommended time before reaching out to the contractor ourselves. I left 3 voicemails and never received a call back. I finally got an answer with the 4th call and was to be called back to set up an appointment. That never happened so I went directly to the home warranty service and was put on hold while the representative made a call to them. They were able to get through and get the service call set up. The 2 men who came to do the repairs were here on time and quickly replaced the GFI outlet that was not working and causing several others to have no power either. So, while it was difficult to get the appointment made (i won't wait so long to call them my own self next time), we were pleased with their punctuality and short amount of time it took to get the job done. While they were here, my husband asked them about doing another job for us that would not be anything related to the home warranty. They said they would be able to do it and that they would have a quote put together for him. That has never happened and my husband is a bit angry because neither man can recall the conversation or even remember being out here on our property in the first place. I am more understanding than he is but now that we have a second electrical claim he is not pleased that they will be sending the same company. Hopefully, I can smooth things over with him and they will be better at contacting us on this claim and he will feel better about having them go ahead with the additional work for us. It isn't easy to get contractors to want to come out here to Blanchard even though it is only 25 min from the city. I'll be back on here after this second claim is completed! Hopefully with a good report.

Probably not my least favorite experience, but close. I haven't received my card...over a month later. Almost no one knew how to charge it. I spent 45 minutes trying to pay.... finally paid with alternative method....needed help loading. Was given attitude. When I got my drywall home, the corners and edges were crumbling...yay! I paid full price for hot garbage that was concealed by the packing. So disappointed.

The bright note was the very cheerful and helpful staff at the rental counter and the customer service gal who finally fixed credit card charge. Next time I will shop ANYWHERE else.

I needed an inspection done in the middle of nowhere Oklahoma. I called 32 different places and no one would go out that far. ESP went out the same day and did a great job!
