After several months having issues with mom and pop electrical shops and even the national brand Mr.Sparky. These guys came out and fixed my outdoor spot lights within an hour. I asked if they had time to also look at my smart switches that I have been struggling with. Without hesitation they installed all my smart home switches. Now I can turn my lights on and off with just voice commands.

Will definitely use Bison Electric for all future projects.

Austin Manolovits came over to troubleshoot and repair our Generac generator transfer switch issue. He was extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable about the equipment. Austin not only identified what the problem was, but he took the time to explain what was going on and even provided me with additional insight and advice regarding the equipment.

I called Brian to do the electrical install for a new hot tub in my backyard. Brian was very professional and prompt. Due to issues with the hot tub delivery, I had to reschedule several times during the week, but Brian was very patient, understanding, and accommodating to these changes. He even came out on a Saturday morning (with literally hours of notice) to get the final install completed so we could enjoy the hot tub Saturday night. Brian checked back Saturday night to make sure we were all set to go. His communication and professionalism is excellent. He went above and beyond to make sure we understood the process and he genuinely wanted to get us in the hot tub as soon as possible and do it safely. We will definitely be using Blue Spark and Brian for our next electrical project.

We worked with Rebeca to help us with getting quote. Our breaker box burned out on a Saturday. Rebecca listened to our issues and asked for pictures so she can get a quote for the fix by Monday morning. She was very helpful. Respectful, high quality and good attitude!

We had a great experience with Fitzgerald Electrical Services. They were quick, professional, diligent and respectful. Electrician Keith came out to our house to fix two outlets. He discovered that when the house was built the proper wiring was not done and worked hard to correct the issue. In addition, I appreciated that the owner called to let us know ASAP, when the original service time had to be moved. I highly recommend this company.

Blue Sky Electric is a service company with integrity. Our HVAC company referred us to them on a hot summer day. We were having an issue with one of our HVAC units and Blue Sky came over promptly to resolve the problem. I was so impressed with their knowledge and skill I invited them back for a different project. They completed the job correctly, with efficiency and at a very reasonable price. Unprofessional! Needed Jacuzzi hooked up for my disabled wife left my house with damaged walls and lots of electrical problems. Blocked my phone number won't come back to fix. Beware! Not good.

They came to my house in order to “give me a quote” but I never heard back from them even after I followed up with them asking when I could expect a quote.
Seems super unprofessional and disrespectful to come into someone’s home and not even give a quote.

Faith did a good job installing a generator. After that, I endured several years of frustration with them servicing my generator. I would call and leave messages and go weeks before getting a call back. Technicians were difficult to get scheduled. It was a hassle. I found someone else to service the unit and was happy with them. During the recent ice storm my regular service provider wasn't able to help. When I called Faith, a man answered the phone and began telling me that the problem presenting itself was all my fault, that I should call the other people back. I stopped him and said bluntly do you want to come out and work on this generator or not? That was met with him arguing with me and being rude. I'm done with Faith. Their customer service skills are ridiculously poor and I will never put myself through the frustration of having to call and beg for someone to come out to my house again.
