After several months having issues with mom and pop electrical shops and even the national brand Mr.Sparky. These guys came out and fixed my outdoor spot lights within an hour. I asked if they had time to also look at my smart switches that I have been struggling with. Without hesitation they installed all my smart home switches. Now I can turn my lights on and off with just voice commands.

I could not recommend this company enough. I had a level 2 car charger installed in my garage. The company all across the board has been a pleasure to work with. Speaking with David on the phone was easy and setting up the estimate was a breeze. However, the reason I choose them was the electrician Jacob Reed. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and an absolute superstar at his craft. He took the time to walk me through not only what I wanted to do, but also what had been done previously in my electric box. The company overall couldn't have been more professional and easy to work with. They texted and emailed you when they were coming and who would be there and arrived early. I work in an industry that demands superior customer service to thrive, and Passion Electric certainly meets and exceeds those standards. Had Toby come out to fish a line of coax cable in an outlet where AT&T had cut the cable resulting in a faceplate being unable to be installed by Cox (Who I am getting new services with). His services were quick and got the job done well. My issue with his services is that they are extremely expensive. For fishing the single line of Coax, I was charged $517.00. It wasn't till later that day I found out that Cox would do the same work for $50-$125(Depending on existing cables). It was a hard lesson learned, next time I'll make sure to do my research before jumping the gun

I ripped out our inefficient gas burning fireplace so we could install a wood burning stove. Joe did a great job at re-running the coax through the studs and rewiring the receptacles. Got done in less time than expected. Definitely recommend Grider Electric.

I'm so disappointed with Generator Supercenter. What makes me even more disappointed is that I thought so highly of them until installation day.

The pre-installation process was outstanding. From the quote to the scheduling to the day of installation, everything was perfect. They had a wonderful, customer-focused process and great customer service. I was so happy with them that I referred several people to them. Then, after the installation, everything went downhill. First of all, it took me several phone calls and two service calls to get the wireless hooked up to the generator. The installer seemed to not really care if it worked or not as long as he could check me off his list. Finally, after numerous calls, that issue was resolved. Now, it has been over two months since the system was installed and no one will provide me with a copy of my extended warranty. I have made multiple calls, have been continually promised a call back, and I hear nothing. My last message was left for a person who I am told is the general manager, Chris. No return call. I was finally able to talk with Mark who, although he didn't know anything about the warranty process, agreed that my experience has not been good. He promised another callback. I am not holding my breath.

Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend Generator Supercenter. I am just hoping I have no issues with the generator because I fear it will never receive service from Generator Supercenter.

Our experience with Performance Electric surpassed any and all expectations. Every time I called, I talked to a real person, who remembered me. Brody had our powered restored within 1 1/2 hours, was very professional and friendly. I can't thank the Performance Electric team enough for the absolute best customer service! We had an electrical fire that revealed many problems with our old wiring and Blue Sky was hired to completely re-wire the property. Stefan and Tucker showed up everyday on time and in good spirits to handle this daunting task. They were very kind and respectful and were a pleasure to have on the job! Since the job was done we’ve have no issues and everything is now up to date and working great. Thanks also to Nick and the owner for coming out and inspecting and assuring us!

Augie and Joe did a great job with installing a ceiling fan and 2 outdoor lighting fixtures!! They did not charge me for an estimate, which was great. They were pleasant and professional, the the price was right!! I would highly recommend them for any lighting or construction needs!!

Probably not my least favorite experience, but close. I haven't received my card...over a month later. Almost no one knew how to charge it. I spent 45 minutes trying to pay.... finally paid with alternative method....needed help loading. Was given attitude. When I got my drywall home, the corners and edges were crumbling...yay! I paid full price for hot garbage that was concealed by the packing. So disappointed.

The bright note was the very cheerful and helpful staff at the rental counter and the customer service gal who finally fixed credit card charge. Next time I will shop ANYWHERE else.

I needed an inspection done in the middle of nowhere Oklahoma. I called 32 different places and no one would go out that far. ESP went out the same day and did a great job! I can't recommend them enough. They're willing to go anywhere in the state! Great prices, professional, detailed and good communicators

Faith did a good job installing a generator. After that, I endured several years of frustration with them servicing my generator. I would call and leave messages and go weeks before getting a call back. Technicians were difficult to get scheduled. It was a hassle. I found someone else to service the unit and was happy with them. During the recent ice storm my regular service provider wasn't able to help. When I called Faith, a man answered the phone and began telling me that the problem presenting itself was all my fault, that I should call the other people back. I stopped him and said bluntly do you want to come out and work on this generator or not? That was met with him arguing with me and being rude. I'm done with Faith. Their customer service skills are ridiculously poor and I will never put myself through the frustration of having to call and beg for someone to come out to my house again.
