I rarely ever leave reviews, but the professionalism, electrical work, and customer service from the founder, Bo, and his workers was outstanding, so I had to! They truly live up to their name and have a passion for their line of work. My job was quite the task and they completed it very fast and perfectly. I look forward to using them again for my electrical needs in the future. You can’t go wrong with choosing Passion Electric.

Toby responded to my call within minutes on a Saturday. My pool pump electrical outlet had to be replaced and the wiring redone. He had to crawl under a muddy deck to install the conduit. It was hot and muggy. The job was completed within a couple of hours and the pump was up and running. Great job, Toby!

Tom and his team did an outstanding job at fixing the electrical issues we were having with our pool and waterfall. From having to investigate the old wiring issues, to coming up with a cost-effective and long-term solution for us, he really put effort into our job. Sometimes I have to call in the pros and calling Owens was a great decision. Jack and Tim figured out the problems, added a few things I wanted, and it works great. Would recommend and we'll use again if needed for future work.

Mike was prompt, courteous, and professional. Additionally, Mike was flexible in helping me understand better my requirements for my project and offered several avenues to accomplish my goals with differing price points. Please be aware of who you dealing with. POwayne Order under McNatt Electric LLC under Amazon, their return reason is bought by mistake and Amazon even refund them of shipping charge which we still have to pay our carrier which is 2nd day air close to a hundred. We did contact Amazon and Amazon can not do anything because the payment has already back to Mcnatt Eletric. we contact McNatt for this issues and they do not taking responsibility of paying this fee back to us. We are in business and Yes, they do not have to pay back if they do not want to. However, what comes around goes around. they do have the refund included the 2nd Day shipping we have to pay our carrier for the order but they do not want to pay. They hang up my call and no answering the call. Just to share my experience of the doing business with them.

The professionals at ESP go above and beyond. They are amazing people. We are having a generator installed by them. Their prices beat everyone else's. I will remain loyal customer.

My mother has Dementia, I specifically authorized a hot water heater installation and a new shutoff valve to the house. Instead they sold her on some bogus part on the shower. I wish I could give more info on the part and what it was but they will never answer my questions when I call. they always claim they will get with the plumber who went there but never do.

Do not trust them. They up sale to people who cant make decisions for themselves and I specifically told them of her condition and what she and my father are capable of doing on their own. They did an excellent install but the fact they charged us 300 + on a part and installation that was not authorized was totally unacceptable.

They charged us 2400+ on a hot water heater install as well. Which is above the others I got quoted but because we had done business before I decided to spend extra money. NEVER AGAIN unless they rectify this.

I couldn’t see myself using another electrician after working with Josh. He’s a compassionate, dedicated professional. I can’t recommend another electrician over him.

If, by chance, you had hired this company to do some work for you, please be mindful that they could arrive either aggressively early or staggeringly late. Ironically, in either case, the cause might be due to the driver either successfully travelling from Moore toward Edmond through construction zones at ~80-90 mph without a collision, OR nearly causing multiple collisions on I-235 and I-35. To the owner, might I suggest not tailgating at 80 mph in a construction zone, weaving in and out of traffic during rush hour (sans signal, of course)? I sincerely hope your business practices are far better than your driving, which were staggeringly idiotic and irresponsible today.

Had a generator installed by this company. Everything initially was perfect. The crew that installed the generator did an excellent job.

After they left things went down hill! I had to repair a whole in my garage from the new electrical box, that was not covered in the initial sales call. Then I had to manage the inspectors to check the work and the gas company to complete the process.

I was told the owner was going to call me concerning an add for a free serge protecter that I had just paid $350.00 for!

He never called ……. Several times I called with questions and left a message, and never received a call back!

This company took my money and completely disappeared from sight.

Your process is broken, and so is my confidence in your company.

I would not recommend these guys to my worst enemy. Don't ask them for an estimate. You'll never get one. You will be promised repeatedly that they'll call you back with at least some kind of information. Trey himself told me on no less than 8 times over the period of two months that he would get right back to me. I didn't realize that 'right back to me' meant two months with still ZERO word. I was told that Tmax was the best in town and could be relied upon. I was told they were professional. These word of mouth claims couldn't be further from the truth. I'm disabled with serious mobility issues and am now facing my home being condemned. All because this company dropped the ball and obviously thought I was unworthy of the truth and respect that an actual caring hometown business would extend to a customer.

Satisfaction is not guaranteed. I would not recommend. I needed a simple outlet installed. Lance came out to install. He installed it crooked. Tripped down a ladder into my wall. I could smell alcohol on him and confronted him about it. He didn't deny it. They charged me $288 (For ONE simple outlet) which I paid under protest. I called to complain about Lance to the owner ... who said he DID NOT believe me and said that Lance was his best guy. He did offer to knock off 10%. I declined for several reasons.
After he left ... the outlet stopped working! I had to call ANOTHER electrician .... who came in and we figured out Lance had tied the outlet to the garage light SWITCH ... therefore, when we turned the outside garage lights off ....it turned the outlet (and out TV hooked up to it) OFF!! And I paid for that?! The other electrician, Shane Denny with Denny's Electric was awesome. I would recommend them. They put in THREE (3) additional outlets ALL for $300 (about the same price that Harris Electric charged me for ONE). Harris Electric took my money and didn't look back. Definitely not satisfied and out $288 for work that had to be redone!

They claimed that my entire electrical system wasn't to code, shouldn't have passed inspection and needed to be replaced.
My house doesn't meet current codes, but it was to code when it was built, as such it's grandfathered in.
They tried to get me to replace everything for $10,000. I got a second opinion and had the real problem fixed for $300
