This company is very honest and seems to genuinely care about treating their customers right. Their pricing is honest and straightforward. My project turned out to be slightly more complicated than initially thought but they were honest and transparent about the entire process.

They took the time to understand my needs and find solutions that were considerably more economical and practical than what I received from other electricians.

When a minor issue came up, they were extremely prompt and responsive at handling it. They took ownership of the problem and resolved it promptly. It is refreshing to see this level of customer service and care still exists in 2021. I would absolutely use them again and would definitely recommend them to others.

Dylan completed the electrical work needed for our hot tub! He was professional, detailed, organized and very knowledgeable. I was impressed with how how neat the wiring looked. Sometimes I have to call in the pros and calling Owens was a great decision. Jack and Tim figured out the problems, added a few things I wanted, and it works great. Would recommend and we'll use again if needed for future work.

Additionally, Mike was flexible in helping me understand better my requirements for my project and offered several avenues to accomplish my goals with differing price points. He took the time to show me the equipment and walk me through the steps he'd take so my family I would better understand the process and his work. Would recommend Mike for electrical work!

Reasonable service and cost.

They were excellent! very nice and understanding of a previous handymans mess up, kinda expensive but I believe it was worth it to finally have gotten my long lasting electrical problems fixed

Mike has done electrical service for us on a few occasions. He is always on time for set appointment. We have always been pleased with his work and he always cleans up when he is finished with the job. His rates are reasonable.
He was referred to us from another electric company because they could not get to the job as we needed. We have been so happy with his service that we will continue to use him for all of our electrical work.
One other thing we like about his company is the discount he provides for those veterans who have served our country.

We are very happy with the electrical line for our new spa that Nia and his coworkers installed. They showed up on time and did a wonderful job.

I had a great experience with KTS after the October 2020 ice storm. We needed a connection pole and weather head replaced before our power could be restored. KTS was very responsive to my many texts about expected timeframe. Justin was able to come out, assess the situation, and fix the issue on the spot! He and his team were very professional and explained each stage of the repair. Once the power was restored on my street, everything that Justin repaired worked great. We are very pleased with KTS's service and will call again if future repairs or electrical projects are needed.

Excellent company to work with, from heating and air conditioning to plumbing we have never had a problem with them. We just had them install a new American Standard heating air conditioning system including a new digital thermostat designed for the system. Learning how to use the digital thermostat was a little challenging and was never a problem with them sending out a technician to retract us..

We purchased a service agreement where a technician would come out twice a year to check out the system. Technicians they send out are polite and knowledgeable. Keep up the excellent work.

The technicians I had were awesome, friendly and informative of every step and the process. I appreciate everything to the techs that came out with getting my power back on.

They claimed that my entire electrical system wasn't to code, shouldn't have passed inspection and needed to be replaced.
My house doesn't meet current codes, but it was to code when it was built, as such it's grandfathered in.
They tried to get me to replace everything for $10,000. I got a second opinion and had the real problem fixed for $300
