After several months having issues with mom and pop electrical shops and even the national brand Mr.Sparky. These guys came out and fixed my outdoor spot lights within an hour. I asked if they had time to also look at my smart switches that I have been struggling with. Without hesitation they installed all my smart home switches. Now I can turn my lights on and off with just voice commands.

Will definitely use Bison Electric for all future projects.

He was called out by our rental management company when our electric went out in three rooms of our house. Our management company tried to deny allowing him to completely fix the problem and rather than just leaving, he fought with them to make sure he could. He got it done and got it done right! Probably not my least favorite experience, but close. I haven't received my card...over a month later. Almost no one knew how to charge it. I spent 45 minutes trying to pay.... finally paid with alternative method....needed help loading. Was given attitude. When I got my drywall home, the corners and edges were crumbling...yay! I paid full price for hot garbage that was concealed by the packing. So disappointed.

The bright note was the very cheerful and helpful staff at the rental counter and the customer service gal who finally fixed credit card charge. Next time I will shop ANYWHERE else.

Excellent company to work with, from heating and air conditioning to plumbing we have never had a problem with them. We just had them install a new American Standard heating air conditioning system including a new digital thermostat designed for the system. Learning how to use the digital thermostat was a little challenging and was never a problem with them sending out a technician to retract us..

We purchased a service agreement where a technician would come out twice a year to check out the system. Technicians they send out are polite and knowledgeable. Keep up the excellent work.

I have talked to a few local carpet stores and have been less than impressed. Just talked to Todd in carpeting here at Home Depot and he was so helpful answering all my questions. I will probably be back to use their services be cause of Todd's great customer service.

DO NOT let these people into your home. They came by my house to look at my electrical panel/ outlet that wasn't working. They told me before they came they wouldn't to any work until they diagnosed the problem, and they would tell us how much it cost before hand. I was unable to stay home during the visit, and my wife was here alone when they came. I guess whoever they sent saw a woman alone and figured they could scam some extra cash out of her. The only problem we had was a gsi switch needed to be reset, which basically means the electrician just needed to press a button on the outlet. Instead be acted like he didn't know what was wrong and did a bogus inspection of our whole house. They ended up charging $200 just to press that button on the outlet.
