After several months having issues with mom and pop electrical shops and even the national brand Mr.Sparky. These guys came out and fixed my outdoor spot lights within an hour. I asked if they had time to also look at my smart switches that I have been struggling with. Without hesitation they installed all my smart home switches. Now I can turn my lights on and off with just voice commands.

Will definitely use Bison Electric for all future projects.

I have used Metroplex electric twice. They are prompt, knowledgeable, courteous with very fair prices.

Lost power today called Passion right when they were done for the day within an hour had Shevon out here and got our power back. Very professional and kind!

Had Toby come out to fish a line of coax cable in an outlet where AT&T had cut the cable resulting in a faceplate being unable to be installed by Cox (Who I am getting new services with). His services were quick and got the job done well. My issue with his services is that they are extremely expensive. For fishing the single line of Coax, I was charged $517.00. It wasn't till later that day I found out that Cox would do the same work for $50-$125(Depending on existing cables). It was a hard lesson learned, next time I'll make sure to do my research before jumping the gun

Austin Manolovits came over to troubleshoot and repair our Generac generator transfer switch issue. He was extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable about the equipment. Austin not only identified what the problem was, but he took the time to explain what was going on and even provided me with additional insight and advice regarding the equipment.

We worked with Rebeca to help us with getting quote. Our breaker box burned out on a Saturday. Rebecca listened to our issues and asked for pictures so she can get a quote for the fix by Monday morning. She was very helpful. Respectful, high quality and good attitude!

We’ve been using Right on Electric for a couple of years now for all our electric needs. They are professional and courteous. They get the job done in a timely manner. You can depend on them for an of your electrical needs.

Do NOT honer their Responsibility of their mistakes and will only care take your money and not refund even they know they did something wrong. Avoiding answer because they can not standard for self and avoid answer and taking responsibilities. if you do not believe me give them a try. More and more reviews can show up here.

Probably not my least favorite experience, but close. I haven't received my card...over a month later. Almost no one knew how to charge it. I spent 45 minutes trying to pay.... finally paid with alternative method....needed help loading. Was given attitude. When I got my drywall home, the corners and edges were crumbling...yay! I paid full price for hot garbage that was concealed by the packing. So disappointed.

The bright note was the very cheerful and helpful staff at the rental counter and the customer service gal who finally fixed credit card charge. Next time I will shop ANYWHERE else.

They came to my house in order to “give me a quote” but I never heard back from them even after I followed up with them asking when I could expect a quote.
Seems super unprofessional and disrespectful to come into someone’s home and not even give a quote.

Lowe's scheduled this company to fix my ice maker nearly 2 weeks ago & I specifically took off today to be here. After no one showed up, I contacted Lowe's & they told me that they called Paxton & were informed I'm out of their service area. Paxton claims they rejected the job 2 weeks ago, Lowe's has no record of that. I'm only 23 miles from them!! They should have contacted Lowe's or myself...POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Do you like getting talked to crazy but your boss and disrespected on a daily while also being lowly paid then this is the place for you if you like to work some place that isn’t toxic then this isn’t the place for you
