Excellent Service! Highly Recommend!

After several months having issues with mom and pop electrical shops and even the national brand Mr.Sparky. These guys came out and fixed my outdoor spot lights within an hour. I asked if they had time to also look at my smart switches that I have been struggling with. Without hesitation they installed all my smart home switches. Now I can turn my lights on and off with just voice commands.

Will definitely use Bison Electric for all future projects.

Update - Our generator is finally fixed. We’ve had a few power outages since installation with no generator. It was initially installed in February. It’s November so it took 9 months and so much wasted time calling and meeting them to get this fixed. What a mess! Most of the people who came out had no idea what was wrong with it and just kept blaming other things.

Original review - We had our generator installed in February. It’s still not working despite numerous visits from their techs. I really wish we’d used another company at this point. I’ll update this review if they ever get this resolved.

Brian came to my home on short notice to help me out. Our dining room table wouldn't center under the single light that we had. He helped me measure it out and decide the best location for second fixture. the whole job was completed in less time than I figured. The very small mess was cleaned, and me and my wife couldn't be more satisfied. I highly recommend this company.

Our experience with Performance Electric surpassed any and all expectations. Every time I called, I talked to a real person, who remembered me. Rick Johnston was great!! He worked really fast and got the light sensor I needed fixed done fast. He was supper sweet and kind. They where actually pretty cheap to compared to another company we were going to use.

Lisetta was her name I believe very sweet lady at the front. She helped us find our specific GE water filter in no time. I can always count on this location to have top notch employees that really care. Thank you all and I will definitely recommend this particular location from now on!

Lowe's scheduled this company to fix my ice maker nearly 2 weeks ago & I specifically took off today to be here. After no one showed up, I contacted Lowe's & they told me that they called Paxton & were informed I'm out of their service area. Paxton claims they rejected the job 2 weeks ago, Lowe's has no record of that. I'm only 23 miles from them!! They should have contacted Lowe's or myself...POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I used this company with first American home warranty. It took me a few calls to reach someone to set up an appointment. However, when I did Chuck was very professional, friendly and courteous. We got an appointment set up for the next day. They helped fix two light switches and a plug in under the home warranty. They then helped me with an other electrical issues on my breaker panel, switching out two switches from a 50 to a 30 amp for my AC unit so it would be up to code. The two guys that came out were friendly and professional and got the job done quickly. The price to fix the breaker was very reasonable, all in all I’m am happy with the results.
