Tony was fantastic -- our oven caused electricity problems on a Sunday morning and he was the only electrician in the area who not only answered the phone immediately, but also came to our condo within 90 minutes. He helped us assess the issue over the phone, came by and explained the problem in greater detail, and we had it fixed in under an hour. Not only that, but he texted later in the evening checking to make sure the oven was working properly.

I had a weird electricity issue for months that I called my home owner warranty about twice. Two different electricians came on two different occasions and could not determine the problem. I looked up local electricians and new York City electricians was the first to come up and had such great ratings. I called and explained my situation and They was able to come in the very same day so that I wouldn't have to take another day off from work. Charles is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything each step of the way and was so helpful. After he fixed the issue he even followed up to make sure everything was still working okay. Calvin was extremely professional, polite and knowledgeable. He even left us with advice to keep our power running without interuptions, particularly since I have many electrical items.

Klodian and team were great. We had to replace all of our recessed lights and add several new ones on 2 floors. They also added several dimmers and replaced all our switch plates.

They provided great consultation about our options before the job (and actually guided us away from more expensive options) and quickly shared a detailed quote which was very reasonable.

During the job, they put a lot of time into preparing the area to prevent it from getting messy (even wore shoe covers) and ensuring the measurements were precise using laser rules. They got the job fairly quickly (all in 1 day)
