I needed an electrician so I called NYC Electrician in Manhattan New York. I spoke with George and he said he would send out an electrician to my home to troubleshoot and repair the problem. He arrived on time and went over each GFI outlet in my home. He found the problem and made the repair. I'm so happy I made the call to New York City Electrician. We telephoned them and got an appointment with Cesar and Omar within a week. They expertly hung a new fixture above our dining table, which involved moving the location of our ceiling electrical box. They cleaned up as they worked and left very little for us to have to clean up after their visit. We would happily call them again for electrical projects.

This review is long overdue. Back in 2021, Haris and team upgraded my breakers, replaced all outlets, switches and plates, and some other minor work. The work seemed fine but I did not get to test if all of the outlets were working properly when the work was finished. Fast forward to 2022, I realized that some of the outlets were hard to plug in and a couple of them were loose that they moved sideways. I contacted Haris 3 times about the issues in a course of 2 months, he never responded back to me. Meanwhile, I had to have my handyman (who recommended Haris) come in to do some repair work, he contacted Haris and Haris asked him to fix my electrical problems. My handyman is not a licensed electrician. He did a terrible job fixing them. In the end, I had to hire another contractor to fix my electrical issues. Needless to say, I am not a happy customer. The lack of response and communication, and the delegation of work to a non-professional are the reasons that I will not be hiring Haris/ HP Euro Home for future work.

Ilya was awesome. He replaced my electrical panel, grounded the wires, replaced a whole bunch of outlets, installed recessed lighting as well as an outlet and a switch. He was professional, his guys worked very hard (even ran to home depot to get parts/do an exchange when I bought the wrong light), and he was responsive to any issues that arose and made sure we passed the inspection (and took care of the logistics). He also got someone out immediately when we discovered an emergency situation. His estimates were right on target and there were no surprise charges. He kept me updated through the process. I would use him again in a heartbeat!

I don’t live in queens anymore however my mom still does in an apartment in a house we own in Astoria, My mom who's 95 called and said she heard “crackling“ and smelled something like rubber melting near an outlet were a power strip was plugged into. We went on-line and found DAVEN electric and contacted them, when we spoke with Jen I explained the matter and the fact that my mom is getting up in age and can be a bit nervous. Jen transferred me to the owner Dave whom whilst I was on the phone with him called one of his field Staff and instructed him to get right over to my mom, found the issue and correct it. Mike from DAVEN arrived in 40 minutes, found and corrected the matter and made my mom feel at ease, I CANT TELL HOW CRUCIAL making my mom feel at ease is !!!. Our home is around 60 years old. Unnecessary to say there have been various changes that have been done to the electrical system over this time. This electrician in Brooklyn, NY solved my problem immediate! I had an issue with our living room ceiling fan and called them. They asked their questions and gave an estimate to arrive.
