Best Troubleshooting in New York NY

We ended up moving into our home and found out our dryer outlet was 3 prongs and dryer plug was 4 prongs. We called as an emergency to get this fixed as it was a Saturday afternoon and they were at our house within an hour. Our technician Tony was amazing! I contacted Titanium Electrical Corp. them for an electrical outage issue and was told to send pictures. I took the time & energy to send pics and follow up. After repeated attempts to contact them, they decided to just ignore me. I won't be contacting this company again.

They have saved me hundreds of dollars by suggesting alternatives or telling me that something I asked about installing really wasn't what I needed for my problem.
