I PURCHASED A MITSUBISHI SLIM DUCTLESS SYSTEM 3 YEARS AGO,WORK GREAT FOR 2 YEARS THIS YEAR THE UNIT DOESN'T OPERATE ,FOR THE LAST 2 AND A HALF MONTHS I`M TRYING TO GET A MITSUBISHI AUTHORIZE TECHNICIAN TO FIX THE A/C BUT NO LUCK.I RECOMMEND NOT TO PURCHASE MITSUBISHI A/C BECAUSE THE SERVICE SUCKS.

We started having power issues after installing a new AC unit at our office. It kept blowing out the fuzzes and the company we used to install it originally did not want to help. We got in touch with Shneur at Two Lights Inc and he was able to help us fix the issue very quickly. He worked some wire magic and everything works perfectly. Great experience working with this group. After a canceled first appointment they did everything they had to to accommodate and mount our items within the week.

Showed up for about 5 minutes and spent most of the time talking on his cell phone. He told me he couldn't solve the problem then charged me $175.00. Basically a scam artist.
