I called for same day service we were remodeling and ran into a snag with the electrical. I had never used this company before but saw they had good ratings. They said they just happened to have a service person available. Stanley came out and was incredibly professional and figured a solution to our issue very quickly.He blew us away with his knowledge and abilities. He was also a very respectful and nice person. We enjoyed having him here and will definitely call New York City electricians again next time we need help. Very professional company highly recommend!

Overall, I thought they were great. PK & Altman was referred to us during a move from one office to another in NYC. On one hand the experience was limited because it was to disconnect some electrical wiring so that furniture could be broken down, and on the other, it was great because everything went smoothly - they showed up when they said they would, took payment the way they said they would, charged what they said they would, etc.

We had a short in one of the junction boxes in our basement—not that we knew that until Randy showed up—that was tripping one of circuit breakers and taking out half the outlets on the second floor. Randy had us back up and running in less than two hours. Not only that but one of the outlets that wasn't functioning before now works!

I cannot recommend this company enough! Courteous, professional—when we asked what his ETA was Randy told us less than an hour and, lo and behold, he was here in less than an hour!—and knowledgable. They're pros!

From the planning phase of the job, Klodian’s responsiveness and expertise made preparing for the installation very smooth. Titanium Electrical team is extremely knowledgeable and proficient. They were careful in performing the work, making sure that the whole apartment was covered and protected from dust/debree. Klodian’s experience allows him to find solutions for any electrical job imaginable, and I couldn’t be more happy with the result. Not only did his team perfectly perform the chandelier installation (with patching and painting), they went above and beyond to even help me with several unrelated house fixes for free.

I am a building superintendent for 30 story mix-use property in midtown and I had a issue with one of the cooling towers so called the mechanical company whom indicated we have an electrical issue. I called our typical electrical contactor and as usual I got the same old “ I will have men on site in and hour “ and NO ONE SHOWED. I went on line and DAVEN ELECTRIC popped so called them and within 2 hours a project manager showed up and identified the issue and subsequent remedy. The next the matter was corrected and ALL was well, we now have a NEW electrical contractor and its DAVEN ELECTRIC which I highly recommend
